About this property

We want to welcome you to our Beautiful House in Manchester Center, VT. This property is located in a secluded area providing plenty of privacy, but at the same time it is a couple of minutes away to Manchester golf course and a country club, Bullhead Pond, which is great for fishing, less than 10 minutes to Emerald Lake State Park and Manchester shopping outlets. It is a short distance to Bromley (7 miles), Stratton (19 miles), Magic Mountain (17 miles), Okemo (30 miles).

The house has spacious 7-bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 18 people, 4 of which have their own full bathrooms (bedroom layout at the end).
A little bit about the property and the house. The house has plenty of space with all bedrooms fully stocked with fresh linens and towels. Bathrooms stocked with soap, toilet paper, and hair dryers. The main level has an open space layout. One side has a living room with huge windows and a gorgeous view of the mountains, a sitting area with cable tv, and a beautiful two-sided Fireplace (firewood provided). On the other side of the fireplace, we have a kitchen area with a kitchen island with four stools and a large dining table seating twelve. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, pantry items, utensils, paper towels, and so on. There are two more tables in the screened deck outside the kitchen area with beautiful views of the mountains for outside dining. The lower level has a second sitting area with large TV and a foosball table.
Outside on the lower level, we have a porch where you can enjoy the mountains' view or cocktails with your friends in the large Hot Tub. During the summer you can enjoy a private 27-foot, round saltwater pool.
Strong Wifi is throughout the house. The property has plenty of space for any outside activities. You can play ball, barbeque, dine, or lunch outside under the gazebo or cook marshmallows in the firepit.
It is a perfect house for a family reunion, corporate retreat, or just a group of friends. Whether you are skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, hiking, or just simply enjoying the foliage - you will love your stay.

Great location. Nice house. Ski weekend

Our ski weekend was great. Most did not ski but did go cross country skiing and shopping. The house was good for our group of 11. We spent good times around the fireplace. Which is cool but we had issues with smoke. Wood was large and covered in ice so wood had trouble catching producing a lot of smoke. Things to know. There is no half bath on main floor you have to go upstairs or to basement or ask if you can go into someone’s room to use the bathroom. That was different. Hot tub was great hot and clean! House was clean beds were made. Another review said to bring an extra towel for hot tub. We did and that was a great help. The only issue we had was that 2 windows in the house would not fully close. One in the cal king. And one in main floor Queen. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Great Place!

This house was perfect for the 6 of us, on a girls’ weekend from Albany. We truly felt comfortable. We enjoyed the open floorplan, the ample seating, and the fireplace. The views are beautiful and we truly felt “away.” And what a short drive to the outlets and Northshire Book Store!

Christmas Family Reunion

Property very well known to all 4 couples celebrating reunion. First time visiting as VRBO, previously our family’s vacation home. Nice updates. Easy entry process, description of on hand supplies accurate. Main living room and photo could use updating. 100% consensus is to return.

Great location, but home needs some work.

My extended family (9 adults and 5 children) stayed at the house for three nights for a ski weekend at nearby Bromley Mountain. The location was great. It was very convenient to the mountain and near us Manchester Center. Vlad was very organized and check-in was easy and everything was set up for our stay - Wi-Fi, tv, hot tub, heat, etc. That being said for the amount of money we were paying I wouldn’t give the property 5 stars for the following reasons. 1. The kitchen was very disorganized. The manager needs to go through and put things back in their proper places. It made it hard to use. 2. There should have been more towels. Everyone was given one towel, but there weren’t any towels to use for the hot tub. 3. The place is very run down feeling. Everything needs a refresh. Even the towels need to be replaced. 3. There was no soap in the shower, no shampoo or anything. We wish we had known this. 4. There was no composting or recycling (that we saw). 5. One of the shower handles fell off while my daughter was showering. It was clearly missing a screw. I see this was mentioned in a review back in June and never fixed. So overall, the house has a lot of potential as a great place for big groups. We loved all the space and how there are bathrooms in almost every bedroom. But we’ll look elsewhere next time just because this place felt too run down for our tastes.

Ski weekend

It was perfect for our family- each family had their own floor. It was very, very cold so skiing was not an option and the house had the perfect amount of space for the kids to run around and play instead. Hot tub was great too! Vlad was very responsive to our minor issues. We will definitely rent this house again!

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

This place worked perfectly for our group. Not too fancy which was great since we had 7 kids with 6 of them under 10 yrs. Had a few issues but Vlad was very responsive. Great basement place for kids and great room worked for adults and extended group for dinners. Would rent again.

Family get-together

The inside space was just right for 10 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals. We enjoyed the fireplace, the views of the hills with their foliage, and being relatively close to Manchester Center shops.

Close to show grounds

We originally rented the house because we were showing at Summer Festival (7 minutes from the house) butnitbturned out to be so much more than close! Great kitchen and sleeping arrangements, awesome pool and hot tub and beautifully kept. We'll be back!

Big house worn and rough condition

Large house in prime location. Kayaks unavailable as mice had ruined the necessary flotation devices...disgusting. Shower handle fell off. Duct tape repair to screen porch. Front porch mostly with paint chipped off. Furniture worn and below standard. Good appliances and nice pool and outdoor features. Landscape nice. Almost no games or dried spices typical of better homes. Owner must be penny pinching maintenance and repair. owners email responses were rapid but ineffective. too bad. Property needs real upgrades to be at its listed price point. Loss of kayaks (unsafe and illegal to operate without flotation) loss of value.

Perfect house for a big group

This house had everything we needed and was as described in a listing. There was a large group of us and we were not on top of eachother, kids played downstairs and adults upstairs. I had a few questions for Vlad and he responded right away via VRBO app and a phone call. Manchester was a short drive and Stratton was about 30 mins. Would rent again.

Wonderful and cozy house for many families

The house was perfect! Open plan kitchen, dining, and living room with beautiful central fireplace, makes it easy for everyone to congregate, cook, eat, and converse together. PS4, hot tub, and foosball provided ample entertainment. 10 mins from quaint Manchester town. Sadly our ski plans were rained out but we had a blast in this house anyway!

Excellent Home! Great for that mountain vacation.

This was our 6th annual Father-Son Ski trip and this year we decided to ski Stratton. Although the home was a bit further away than we would have liked, it was an amazing home. The Dad's loved it, the boys loved it and we all had a really great time. The location was beautiful, and the house was very spacious and well kept. It's only a few minutes from Bromley so we may consider it again for a Bromley trip. Owner was very communicative and everything in the listing was delivered. Hot tub and fireplace were a great feature and the foosball table was a huge hit. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house in a great location

My friends and family stayed here for three nights. The house easily accommodated 6 couples and 3 children. There was plenty of space to get together and also plenty of space to get some time to yourself if needed. We skied Bromley and Stratton and both were easy to get to from the house. We used the fire pit and hot tub and the views were beautiful. We had a small problem with lack of wood for fireplace and it was immediately and pleasantly handled by Vlad. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a great house in a great location

Family Reunion & Celebration of Life

Large house with plenty of space abs good lactation.

We had a lovely time at this house. There were 11 of us total and we had plenty of room. The kitchen could use some upgraded knives and larger pots to accommodate meals for the amount of people the house holds. The only one real “complaint” (and its super minor) is that there wasn’t any soap in the showers. Not a major deal but it did require another trip out and we just wish we knew ahead of time.

Great stay for our annual ski trip!

Clean and accommodating house for multiple families with kids. House has everything you need. Close to Bromley and Stratton mountains. Communication with property manager was timely and useful. He was able to provide assistance right away when we dealt with some weather related snaffus.

VT Ski Trip

Great Experience

We had a great experience and the house is in an amazing location. It is close to Manchester center and the supermarket. The trails were beautiful and we had a great time! The host made the booking process as well as check-in and check out very easy, and the house had all the essentials. Can not recommend enough, and we hope to come back next year.
