Tolle Zauberhafte Unterkunft

Es war ein wunderschöner entspannter Urlaub. Wir wurden super freundliche Empfangen, es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wenn wir fragen hatten oder etwas brauchten konnten wir immer unsere nette Gastgeberin fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon darauf.

Holiday in Fayence

A wonderful property as a base for a holiday. Well appointed and equipped the apartment was comfortable and very spacious for two people. The garden was peaceful and the terrace excellent for shade from the sun and shelter from the rain. Yes it does rain in Fayence, sometimes. In effect the terrce and it's facilites extends the property considerably. We enjoyed using the apartment as a base for a walking holiday using the GR footpaths and waymarked trails to explore this fascinating part of France.

Lovely owner, very helpful. Large garden to use and terrace. Unfortunately we had appalling weather so we not able to make much use of either. Walking distance of bars and restaurants. Good parking. Thank you Pia.

Wunderbare Zeit in Fayence

Wir hatten einen tollen Sommerurlaub in Fayence. Wohnung, Terrasse und Garten waren für uns noch schöner, als angegeben. Das Haus ist sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und die Terasse lädt zum verweilen uns ausruhen ein. Hier habe ich meinen perfekten Leseplatz gefunden! Der Kontakt im Vorfeld der Reise war sehr freundlich, angenehm und zuverlässig - wie auch der Kontakt vor Ort war. Wir haben viele gute Tipps bekommen! Eine rundum tolle Gastgeberin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn es gibt noch einiges zu entdecken. Diese Unterkunft ist unsere absolute Empfehlung :)

Quel bonheur...

L'emplacement, le logement, la décoration, la propreté, l'équipement, le jardin et l’accueil sont tout bonnement exceptionnels. A little gem

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay in this great little property. It is set at the bottom of the lovely hilltop market town of Fayence and just over a 10 minute walk, albeit a steep one up to the top of the village. We were a family of 4 with two young adult children and although advertised as two double bedrooms, we were also able to use the sitting room as an extra bedroom as it had a bed settee which converted within minutes. This way we all had our own space . It is a ground floor apartment with all rooms opening out separately onto a gorgeous terrace furnished with a dining table and two day beds. We used this often and it was our favourite part of the property. The property is well equipped with everything you could need and the owner Pia, who occupied the second floor is on hand for anything you need if required, including some great tips for your holiday. The town offers a great choice of restaurants, market days and even live entertainment in the main square many nights . Fayence is also ideally situated for trips to the coast. We visited, Cannes, Monaco, St Tropez and Théoule-sur-Mer, which were on average an hour drive away . Also vineyards, the wonderful village of Seillans are just a short drive away, not to mention the lake, where you can book a picnic table for the day and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding and pedalo’s. If you want a fabulous base to enjoy both French village life and the French Riveria, then look no further Word of caution... be prepared for mosquito’s!

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet.Die große und schattige Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Dazu kommt der große und blumenreiche Garten. Es war für uns alles Perfekt und ein schöner, angenehmer Urlaub.Besondes hervorzuheben ist die hilfsbereite und charmante Vermieterin.

Besuch bei Pia in Fayence

In dieser Fewo fühlten wir uns wie auf Besuch bei Freunden, denn die Besitzerin Pia war sehr freundlich, immer hilfreich und die Wohnung selbst war wunderbar: Platz für 4 Erwachsene, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet (dt. Fernsehprogramm!), und die große überdachte Terrasse wurde unser Lieblingsplatz, denn sie bot immer Schatten mit Blick auf den Garten. Unsere Autos waren auf dem sicheren privaten Parkplatz abgestellt. Wir können uns nur für Pias Gastfreundschaft bedanken und die Fewo unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Stayed last year, everything that you need, so we came back. That must be a good recommendation. Wonderful scenery , lots of hills to cycle! Just a fabulous relaxing holiday retreat.

Relaxing in Fayence

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely atmosphere to the apartment. Dozing on daybeds under the veranda is perfect bliss. Owner lives upstairs but is very discreet, but there if you want help or information. We have spent an idyllic 10 days in this apartment, with beautiful countryside and sunshine!

Villa (benedenverdieping) fayence

Ik heb de benedenverdieping van dit leuke vakantiehuis voor een weekje gehuurd in augustus 2017. Het huis is leuk ingericht en (met name de keuken) goed uitgerust. Alle kamers hebben openslaande deuren naar het ruime terras met mooi beplanting en de aanliggende, omheinde tuin. Het huis is gelegen in een rustige wijk en op enkele honderden meters van de gezellige dorpskern met wat eetgelegenheden/horeca. Bakker op loopafstand, supermarkt(en) op 5 minuten en zwemgelegenheid op 10 à 15 minuten en diverse kleine/middelgrote dorpen in de buurt. Strand en zee is wel een minuutje of 45 rijden. Gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en al een tijdje woonzaam (op de bovenverdieping, maar het huisje heeft een eigen toegang tot de tuin/het huis, dus privacy gegarandeerd) en bekend in de buurt, wat handig kan zijn. Super location!

Le logement est fonctionnel, super bien équipé, très propre et décoré avec goût. Idéalement situé entre la mer ( Nice, Cannes, Monaco...) et la montagne ( les gorges du Verdon, Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Castellane...). La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible. Allez-y les yeux fermés!

Südfrankreich zwischen Meer und Canyon

Tolles Haus,großes Grundstück + die netteste Vermieterin die man haben kann,besser geht es nicht. Ein schöner ländlicher Platz und doch ist man in 40 min Fahrt am Mittelmeer! Wer wandern möchte oder aus dem Auto staunen ist in 1h im Naturschutzgebiet mit der Schlucht von Verdon. Ein schönes Schwimmbad ist 3min zu Fuß zu erreichen.Alle was man braucht ist im Ort (mehrere Bäcker ,Restaurants). Wenn wir 6Sterne vergeben könnten würden wir das jetzt tun. Die Dresdner

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Anfang Oktober 2015 hatten wir das Glück eine wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in Fayence zu bewohnen. Da wir an einem Sonntagnachmittag anreisten und keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mehr hatten waren wir erstaunt und erfreut, dass unsere Vermieterin schon vorgesorgt und den Kühlschrank mit dem Wichtigsten bestückt hatte. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit so vielen Details ausgestattet, dass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Der Unterschied zu herkömmlichen Ferienwohnungen besteht in einer ganz individuellen Ausstattung und keiner 0815 Einrichtung von der „Stange“. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und irgendwie heimisch. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls mit gemütlichen Sitz- und Liegemöbeln bestückt und lädt zum Verweilen im Freien an den noch warmen Abenden ein. Fragen zu Gastronomie, Örtlichkeiten und Städten wurden uns immer unaufdringlich beantwortet. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Viele bekannte Städte an der Côte d'Azur sind innerhalb einer Stunde zu erreichen. Es war rundherum ein schöner Urlaub an einem traumhaften Stückchen Erde und durchweg sehr zu empfehlen.

Formidable ******

Vom deutschen Herbst in die sonnige Provence.Fayence,ein malerischer Fleck, welcher mit dem von der lieben Fr.Braune geschmackvoll und komfortabel ausgestatteten herrlichen Anwesen,ein idealer Ausgangspunkt und angenehme Rückzugsoase,vom lebhaften Treiben und Trubel der Ausflüge an die Cote d' Azur war. Une jolie location...

L' appartement correspond absolument à la description qui en est faite sur le site, calme, décoré avec goût, bien aménagé il offre ainsi la possibilité de ne songer qu'à y déposer ses valises puisque tout ce dont on a besoin s'y trouve déjà.... Il est situé dans un joli village et permet de sillonner la région facilement, bord de mer, lac, gorges du verdon ainsi que toutes les villes du Var à visiter absolument, Grasse, St Raphael, St tropez etc... La propriétaire est une dame charmante, accueillante, joignable à tous moments le cas échéant.... Elle réside au-dessus de la location mais sait rester très discrète... Bref, je vais conseiller cette location à toutes les personnes de mon entourage désirant se rendre dans le Var et j'espère moi aussi y retourner un jour. Cdlt

Excellent all round experience

The house was perfect and like home from home (well better due to setting) It had everything as described and was perfectly clean. Pia was very welcoming and was flexible regarding arrival time - she had even stocked the fridge with wine & water, the cupboards were also stocked with the day to day necessities like tea, coffee, sugar, oil, spices etc which Pia advised we were free to use (also some home made 'confiture of figs' which went perfect with the local cheese.) The house was as described and perfect for two couples as bedrooms on either side of the spacious lounge with both having access to separate bathrooms. The garden is beautiful, private & peaceful - perfect for spending a quiet time reading & relaxing. The village had lovely restaurants recommend 'le 8',Cerise & La France, the walk up is steep but short & well worth it. Great market 3 days a week selling local produce. Pia lives above but you wouldn't know. She has good tips for days out - advised us to take boat trip to St Tropez rather than try to drive in and was definitely the right thing to do. The booking process was also seamless and her daughter responded promptly to all our emails & questions. Pia even took us to the 'Vineyard' she buys her wine from which was well worth it as very good value & quality wine. The House is perfectly set for visiting both mountains & coast - good walks and again Pia has good local knowledge with maps available to advise & help you plan your days out. I would strongly recommend the property and will definitely consider a return visit. Thanks for a very memorable & enjoyable holiday - Janet & Andrew

sonnige Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse

Die Anmietung der FeWo war ebenso unkompliziert wie Organisatorisches beim Eintreffen. Gerne erinnern wir uns auch an den leckeren Salat, der bereit stand, als wir erst spät am Abend ankamen. Die Selbstversorgung war kein Problem: Es gibt genügend kleine Läden und Bäckereien. Es war einfach nur noch schön in der FeWo zu wohnen und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Fayence liegt gut, so dass man schnell die Berge und den nahe gelegenen See (Lac de Saint-Cassien), aber auch das Meer und andere Städte z. B. Grasse erreicht. Wir haben gerne auf der Terrasse gesessen und Ruhe genossen, nachdem wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Die hellen Naturtöne der Wohnung, die Steinbögen der Terrasse und der Garten davor haben uns eine schöne Woche geschenkt. Gerne empfehlen wir deshalb auch anderen Urlaubsinteressierten diese Ferienwohnung.

Superbe location

Location très agréable située en bordure du village ou l'on peut passer des vacances calmes et reposantes. Le logement est très propre, très bien aménagé, confortable et décoré avec goût, idéal pour une famille avec enfants ou 2 couples; Une grande terrasse couverte donnant sur le jardin est un endroit privilégié pour les repas, la lecture ou le repos. La région par sa diversité de paysages, ses nombreux villages typiques et la proximité de la mer offre un grand choix d'activités. La propriétaire qui vit à l'étage au dessus de la location est une dame charmante, disponible pour ses locataires, mais sait aussi se faire très discrète. En résumé, c'est une location qui donne envie d'y revenir.

Heerlijk appartement!

De eigenaresse is zeer gastvrij en heeft een goed gevoel voor sfeer. De woning is perfect in balans, aan alles is gedacht. Het centrum van Fayence is binnen 10 minuten met de auto te bereiken, een bakker en supermarkt zijn op loopafstand. Wij hebben een topweek gehad!
