4 star (DTV) apartment with a view of the old lighthouse, quiet, central, bright

Welcome to our bright, light-flooded apartment!

An oasis of wellbeing has been created on 75sqm, in which you will feel at home and enjoy a relaxing time in a beautiful ambience. The apartment was awarded 4 stars by the German Tourist Association.

The living room invites you to relax. An exciting film, a good book or games will pass your time.

In our fully equipped kitchen there is everything from the ceramic hob to the oven and many useful kitchen aids to serve a delicious meal in the dining area of the living room.

2 individually furnished bedrooms with plenty of space provide space for a relaxing night's sleep.

Even the smallest are thought of. There is a highchair in the apartment and a travel cot on request.

We have bed linen and towels ready for you. It is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed. Washer and dryer can be used in the common room for a fee of 5 x 0.5 euros each.

Sehr schönes und empfehlenswertes Quartier
Es handelt sich um eine sehr schönes und helle Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gemütlich und sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die nicht auf Borkum lebt, war sehr angenehm und sehr professionell. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Tolle Adresse für Urlaub mit Kindern
Die Wohnung hat uns alles geboten, was wir uns für den Borkum-Urlaub gewünscht haben: tolle Lage, gute Erreichbarkeit, wunderbare Ausstattung und ein Rückzugsort nach langem Strandtag für unsere Familie. Das Spielzeug- und Bücherregal im Wohnzimmer war für den Großen (4 Jahre) super, für den Kleinen (11 Monate) war an alles gedacht (Beistellbett und Hochstuhl). Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einem kinderfreundlichen Restaurant (was wir ebenfalls empfehlen können), von dem wir aber nicht viel gehört haben. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Einfach nur gut - selbst an Kleinigkeiten wie Toilettenartikel en miniature ist bei der Ausstattung gedacht.

Die Wohnung ist super schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts , alles und der Wohnung vorhanden . Absolut freundliche Vermieter mit denen man super reden kann die sich kümmern wenn was ist . Ich kann mich nur bedanken für diese Tollen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Gegend und Wohnung . Freue mich auf ein wieder sehen

Super Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral zum Strand und zur Ortsmitte. Von dem darunterliegenden Restaurant bekommt man nichts mit. Weder Geräusche noch Gerüche. Die Wohnung empfehlen wir ohne jegliche Bedenken.

Tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung, tolle Woche
Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Großzügig geschnitten mit zwei schönen Schlafzimmern und einem tollen Wohn-Essbereich. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung am Alten Leuchtturm ist perfekt. Schräg gegenüber ist der Fahrradverleih. Mit Fahrrädern haben wir diese Insel mit zwei Kindern unter zehn Jahren toll erkunden können, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke!

Superzentrale Lage Top Restaurant und super tolles Cafe direkt vor der Haustüre - Becker/Supermarkt etc. keine 10 Min. zu Fuss entfernt. die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng, aber OK. In der Küche wäre eine Mikrowelle noch top. Sonst war alles vorhanden - Handtücher Bettwäsche - Geschirrtücher Spülmittel ect. 1 A! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Makel: Fahrräder konnten leider nur vor der Terrassenmauer abgestellt werden, da hinter dem Tor durch das Restaurant kein Platz war. Dennoch ist das Objekt sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Schöne stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in guter und dennoch ruhiger Lage. Keine volle Punktzahl bei Lage und Umgebung, da sich im EG unterhalb der Wohnung ein Restaurant befindet. Für andere Gäste könnte aber das (gute) Restaurant auch der 5. Stern bei Lage und Umgebung sein.

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe gepflegt und es ist an alles gedacht! Wir waren mit zwei Paaren und einem Kleinkind dort und waren rundum zufrieden - sogar einen Pürierstab für den Babybrei gab es vor Ort.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht - und vieles mehr. Ein Teil der Wohnung liegt über dem Restaurant Alt Borkum. Bis etwa 22:00 Uhr hört man im Wohnzimmer manchmal leise Geräusche aus dem Restaurant. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, trotzdem ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und schnell. Man wird vor der Reise gut über alles informiert. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung. Herzlichen Dank!!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Vermieterin gab uns zur Wohnungsbeschreibung, zum Check in, zur Lage der Wohnung sehr präzise Angaben. Es wurde seitens der Vermieterin an viele nötige Kleinigkeiten für den Urlaubsalltag gedacht. Zum Beispiel Kinderstühlchen, Reisebett, Legospielzeug, Kinderbücher, Kinderspiele, Bücher für Erwachsene. Auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Wohnung ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir konnten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Borkum genießen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig aber zentral gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass unsere 2,5 Jährige Tochter wunderbar mit dem dort vorhandenen Spielzeug spielen konnte. Immer wieder gerne!
