Everything Exactly as Advertised
We showed up Swamp Cooler was on and place was clean. Everything was easy to find and plenty of parking for a boat. At night with the swamp Cooler on it was freezing so I'd recommend turning it to low or off. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to get away.
We were in town for the weekend and this place was perfect for what we needed. There were 5 of us and plenty of space for all of us. Owner was avaliable by phone if needed. AC was only concern with it being 107 outside the inside didn't cool off until later at night.
Property was as advertised! Cory the property manager was great and he checked in with us via text during our stay to make sure we were not experiencing any difficulties! Great neighbors! Was 120 degree heat wave outside and nice and cool inside thx to the A/C unit being turned on before we got there! Room to park the boat trailer at the house. The boat launch was very accommodating with a dock to load and unload! We had a great time!
A complete disappointment from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone that they not shell out this insane nightly price for what is offered here. For starters. There is a list of things you need to do prior to even walking in the place. I had to get tools from my truck to actually turn the water line on for house. The walls are disgusting. Theres mold coming from the ceilings. Both doors, both doors didnt lock. The entire four days I was there I had to leave it unlocked. Never got fixed even after I brought it up. If I was paying $100 a night, then there would be no complaints. The balls though on charging this much a night is outrageous. Steer clear

House almost ready.
AC was a huge issue and needs to be updated. The swamp cooler does not work in AZ during the summer. The second bedroom has not AC at all and is "un-sleepable". Owner was accommodating and available via phone. The house was not overly clean, and seems to be under minor construction.

A Great Place for Traveling Nurses!!!
This place is perfect for a travel assignment for Lake Havasu or other local hospital. The drive is about 25 mins to the hospital and the view to and from is gorgeous!
The trailer is a new rental so there were a couple of kinks that were worked out. The owner Cory is very friendly and helpful. He returns phone calls/texts quickly if you have any questions.
There were three of us renting this place in the month of March. It is a two bedroom trailer so we had two of us that worked day shift and one on nights. Two of us would go back home to Phoenix on the stretches of days we had off which made the living arrangements quite nice.
We didn't use the AC unit at all but we did use the heat. We found that the space heaters work amazingly well and provided a lot of warmth for the cool Spring nights.
The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are friendly. There's a lot of pet owners there and we would see them walking their dogs in the evenings.
This is a retirement/ working area so there were no loud parties on weekends. (A bonus because it's Spring Break in Lake Havasu)
There is ample parking next to the trailer so that more than one person can park comfortably.
One tip: Bring along plenty of DVD's/movies to watch. The trailer is in a valley surrounded by the typical rocky Arizona terrain. It is hard to get good reception at times. We are from Arizona and already aware that ultra high speed internet and television reception can't always be counted on but we found this to be part of the charm of the place.
I would definitely consider renting here again if I have another assignment in this area.
