New villa just minutes from the beaches

Beautiful and cozy villa in a residential area, in a three-family building, with independent entrance, on 3 floors with excellent finishing and patio with BBQ and relaxation areas.
On the ground floor there is a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a dining room, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
On the 1st floor a double room with a 3rd folding bed for a child (170x80 cm) and a balcony with a panoramic view, plus a complete bathroom with a shower.
In the basement one double / twin and another with 2 single beds and private bathroom with shower.

Spacious house with garden and relaxation area with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers, equipped with hot water shower, sink and equipped barbecue, tables with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets in every window, TV, coffee machine, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, fans in each room (no climate).
Water reserve of 2000 liters.
Free on-site parking.
Guests have access to beach umbrellas with beach chairs and a cool bag for the beach.
On request, availability of safety gates for the stairs.
On request and at an additional cost, two travel cots and a high chair for baby food are available for the little ones.

All the rooms and equipment of the house are available to guests.
Guests will find all the indications for recycling and instructions for household appliances.

Fabrizio and his daughter Eva will welcome guests upon arrival and will be available to provide any information requested and assistance in case of need.

Final cleaning costs 100 €.
On request, it is available the complete change of bed linen and towels at a cost of €15 per person.
One-time supplement for the entire stay, €15 / baby bed and €15 / high chair for baby food.
At the time of booking the exact number of guests intending to occupy the accommodation (including children) is kindly requested.

The house is located a few steps from the town center and a few minutes from the beaches in a quiet residential area.
Calasetta is 90 km from Elmas airport (Elmas / Carbonia connections approximately every hour). Public connections to / from Calasetta by bus. Possibility of taxi services. On site, it is possible to rent bikes, scooters and cars for excursions in the hinterland and rubber dinghies to appreciate the coasts. The town offers markets, shops, restaurants, pizzerias and various services.
To visit S.Antioco, ancient Sulci, with its Punic / Phoenician tophet, the catacombs and its sheltered mistral wind beaches. From Calasetta embarkation for the island of S. Pietro with its beautiful beaches and the characteristic town of Carloforte of Ligurian / Tabarkina origin.
