Hacienda de mita #1104 is located on the second floor with beautiful views of the pool , golf course and Pacific Ocean . The ‘Premier Membership’ gives you access to: both Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, fitness and tennis center, Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico, El Surf Club , Sufito , St Regis and Hacienda de Mita Beach club. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, pool, shopping, markets, and restaurants.
Our concierge will help you arrange anything you need for your vacation: airport transportation, golf cart rental , restaurant suggestions, fishing trips , surf lessons , surf trips , board rentals , snorkeling tours etc.
Daily housekeeping ( Monday- Saturday)
6 passenger golf cart included (A liability waiver and additional refundable deposit is required to use the golf cart).
The HOA has a strict 8 person occupancy policy REGARDLESS of age.
