This beautiful and modern 4 bedroom vacation home in kissimmee accommodates 11 people and features its very own private pool which is great for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. Located in the Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee FL, this gated community offers a fitness center, a splash park, a lazy river, a sports court and even a lakeside dock where kayak rentals are available for guests throughout their stay. Theme parks such as Universal Studios, Volcano Bay and Disney World are just a 20 minute drive.
The space
This modern and spacious 4 bedroom townhouse is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends. This beautiful home accommodates 11 people comfortably. We have provided a "home away from home" for all of our guests to have the magical Orlando experience.
Featuring four bedrooms each with their own flat screen TV, everyone in the family will be able to relax after spending a day in the hot Florida sun. This luxurious townhouse has 1 queen bedroom downstairs with a shared full size bathroom for all to use. Upstairs there is a King bedroom with it's own private king bathroom. Upstairs there is a room with 2 full beds and a room with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top.
A large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full size stainless steel appliances awaits you. Enjoy home cooked meals with your loved ones without having to go through the hassle of finding a restaurant everyone likes.
Tired of crowded resort pools? Worry no more! Our home has its very own private splash pool waiting for you to take a dip in. After a long day of shopping and theme parks there is no better way to unwind and relax.
Guest access
As our guest you will have full use and access to all amenities at Storey Lake Resort. Storey Lake Resort has a massive community pool area that is out of this world. Enjoy a day at this state of the art pool with built in lazy river and splash park. Feeling adventurous? Rent kayaks and catch the beautiful sunset among the lake and beautiful Florida nature. Worried about being on vacation and getting out of your routine? Worry no more! Storey Lake Resort has an incredible fitness center and even an outdoor sports court so you can stay active while away.
Other things to note
Storey Lake Resort has a security gate. Please have your "welcome packet" printed or on your phone when you arrive. Security will print you a voucher that you will scan to get back in the resort.
Interaction with guests
This home is self-check in. There will be no "lobby" or anyone to greet you. You will receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. I live around the area and I am available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues.
All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in, this information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email.

You may call or text me if you have any issues. Our private pool can be heated upon request for $30 a day minimum 3 days. The pool heating fee can be collected on Airbnb itself. Please request this before your arrival. It does take up to 24-48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested prior to your arrival.
The neighborhood
The greatest part about my home is the LOCATION. We are close to everything there is to do in Orlando especially when it comes to the world of food. Picking a restaurant has never been easier. I have listed a few of my favorites so you can spend less time worrying about where to eat and more time enjoying your vacation.
Bahama Breeze
-A laid-back chain restaurant featuring yummy Caribbean food and vibrant tropical Island drinks. Their menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. Daily happy hour specials from 4 PM - 6 PM make this a great spot for an early dinner. Late night cravings and tired of fast food? Late night happy hour starts at 9 PM and goes on until MIDNIGHT. A must try!
Sabor Brasil
-A hole in the wall strip mall spot serving traditional Brazilian food buffet style. This spot is jam-packed with culture and Latin flare as it also doubles as a mini supermarket with imported goods.
Cafe D’Antonio
-Located in the city of Celebration, this quaint little restaurant serves classic and authentic Italian dishes. This incredible spot mixes old traditions and new to create an incredible culinary experience. Cafe D’Antonio has one of the best outdoor seating areas. Sit back and enjoy your dinner as you gaze out onto the lake.
ARI
-Located in the city of Celebration, this is one of the top Sushi spots in all of Central Florida. ARI is a mix of Japanese and Korean specialties served in a modern and stylish space. This restaurant also has amazing outdoor seating facing the lake. Good food and a beautiful view? You can’t miss it!
A Walmart SuperCenter and a Publix Supermarket are less than a 5 minute drive from the home for all of your needs.
The Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are less than a 15 minute drive from the home. This outdoor shopping plaza has high end stores like Kate Spade, Michael Kors and All Saints. Common stores like American Eagle, Forever 21 and Fossil are also located in this outlet.
All Disney theme parks and all Universal theme parks are less than 15 minutes away too.
When you arrive, we ask that you please take a look around and let us know if there is anything that is or seems to be broken, or not in working condition so that we can get this resolved as soon as possible. If you check-in late at night, feel free to send us an email and call the next morning. Please report any damages, breakage or loss however caused. We would like to ensure that you have everything you may need for your stay.
Remember that this is a self-catering home, meaning that you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For convenience, we do provide complimentary supply of toiletries including:
•2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
•1 travel size hand soap per bathroom
•1 travel size shampoo per bathroom
•2 garbage bags per bin
•1 paper towel roll per kitchen
•1 dishwasher soap
•1 dish Soap
•1 sponge
To open and close the property door: enter the four code digit provided on the front page. When leaving the property, the keypad should automatically lock the door, however, we ask that you please make sure that it does so. If not, please open the door and turn the lock on the door knob to its vertical position.
Cleaning and maintenance: Towels, sheets and linen are all inventoried before and after each guests stay. Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items (including burns, makeup or any general stains). If the property is left in a condition that would require excessive or a significantly longer cleaning, additional costs may apply. Any maintenance requests, including being locked out, clogged toilets, air conditioning freeze up, etc, need to be made between 9am and 5pm. Requests before or after these aforementioned times may result in an additional service fee.
*Please do not leave the air conditioning below 70 degrees as this will freeze up the unit and incur a cost to the guest. We also ask that you do not turn off the air conditioning completely, if the property is chilly, we ask that you please turn up the thermostat. NEVER TURN THE A/C OFF COMPLETELY
Pets and smoking: Pets are NOT allowed on the property. This includes inside the property as well as the patio/pool area. Any pets found at the property there will be a non-refundable fee incurred of $500. Please note that this property is non smoking. Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated area, including the patio or balcony with all doors and windows closed. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed to avoid a smoking fee of $200.
Items left behind: Please make sure to check all closets and cabinets for any left behind items. We will gladly ship anything back to you that may have been left behind, however there will be a $30 service fee plus packing and shipping fees. Note that we do NOT accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items that may occur during the transportation or shipping process.
Pool/Clubhouse Information: You must follow all rules and regulations for pool use. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Bath towels are NOT to be used at the pool, you will need to bring your own pool towels to the clubhouse as they are not provided by us nor the clubhouse. Any towels that are missing or stained will incur an additional cost of $10 per towel.
What to do when you depart: Please place all trash in the brown bench outside the door and in plastic bags. Please return all remotes to their correct devices. Lost remotes will incur charges for replacements. Check the property for all personal items. There will be an additional charge to have any items returned to you plus the cost of shipping. Make sure all lights, televisions, and water faucets have been turned off. Lastly, please make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked before departing. This packet will include an invoice for your stay. You do not need to stop
