Caribbean Conch 5 Minutes to Smathers Beach & 10 minute Bike Downtown - Value

Caribbean Conch is a fantastic rental with a great location close to the pool. This unit features an extra large floor plan, both bedrooms and the living room have impact resistant sliding glass doors that open on the a large wrap around deck, you may even get a glipse of the Atlantic ocean through the beautiful tropical courtyard settings. The unit is tiled throughout with a full size fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience there is a full size washer/dryer too and 2 full bathrooms.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom and a commercial quality sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a large flat screen smart TV in the living room and TV's in both bedrooms too. There is free wireless internet and you also get one assigned parking space with the unit for a normal size vehicle.

The location was great and the unit was clean. It was quiet and a nice area. The unit is very dated but that is not a big deal to us. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is on arrival the dish washer was full of water and would not work. Dishes from previous renters was inside. We left multiple messages with the management company and they did not return our call. A minor inconvenience, but I would think that the management company would at least return our call and let us know they are aware of the issue. Also, the fans on the porch would not turn off and exposed wires were hanging down.

Great location next to the beach and not far from downtown. Only complaint was the management refused to supply any dish soap despite repeated requests “we don’t have anywhere to store it “ (maybe with the toilet paper??) so we had to buy a whole bottle to wash 3 sets of dishes

First Time in Key West - Picked a Great Location to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very satisfied with the condo that we stayed at. Very clean. well stocked. comfortable beds. lots of room. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and straight forward. The pool and hot tub facilities were outstanding. maintenance staff kept the place spotless. sauna was an extra bonus. tennis courts available, although due to injuries we could not partake. location close to beach and a short bike ride to downtown was ideal. would definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

Key West Condo

Highly recommend! The condo was very spacious and clean. Great amenities. It’s not really walking distance downtown but we never waited more than a minute for an Uber. Would stay here again.

Key west get away

Great apartment for our family! Very clean spacious and had all the amenities we have at home! Easy booking, very reasonable price and friendly property manager and staff! I would recommend this property to any family looking for a clean spacious quiet property!

Beautiful and Very Clean Property

Caribbean Conch A203, is absolutely beautiful and very, very clean and well stocked. The only negative comments I would have, is that the master bathroom shower is very difficult to operate, I had to keep pulling and pushing the water knob, to get the water to finally come on. After the water came on, the shower was excellent and that is the biggest tub/shower, I’ve ever seen! The second complaint is that it’s a pretty good distance away from the elevator, but there’s nothing that can really be done about that and I’m probably just being lazy! Lol. The third thing is, the dishwasher had standing water in it and leaked when we opened the door, so we just washed the dishes by hand. Other than those small quirks, this place is the bomb and I would definitely book here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have to be quite by 10:00 and the WORST was they have COCKROACHES and not just one seen about 10 🤢🤮.beach is rocky . Also was eaten up by some kind of bugs all over our legs. Also folks are rude there !!!!

Perfect location for Key West family adventure

Quieter, clean condo setting, nice community pool & hot tub, that was close to all Key West activities. Condo well equipt, designated underground parking spot, property mgr responsive and easy checkin/out process

Lovely place to stay in Key West

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great time we had. Only a few complaints. The pan selection in 203 was awful. We could not cook eggs, French toast or pancakes due to zero nonstick pans, which was frustrating and expensive. We had to throw away a lot of food that was very expensive. 2nd complaint was not being aloud to play music at the pool. Stupid rule. When you want to have a couple drinks and relax by the pool, most want music. 3rd complaint was a ping pong table with no paddles or balls. The place is beautiful, very cool when you need a break from the heat. Beds are comfortable and space was perfect. Master bedroom and tub is fantastic. We will definitely come back to 1800 Atlantic. Thank you for making our experience memorable!

Very basic rental

The property of the condo was great, the pool, the view of the ocean, great little library area. The condo itself is little out dated and had the bare minimum of things, like 4 forks, poor kitchen utensil, knives that struggled to cut a lime, 4 cheap pool noodles. Just some little things/extras that some VRBO's make you appreciate. But at the end of the day, it met our basic needs, at a good price and we did enjoy our time in Key West and at this property.

Nice, but couple items to improve

Check in process a bit confusing, pin pad on outside of bldg prevents entry to complete check in process. A few roaches, not cool, but otherwise very clean. Unit was spacious and balcony as well. Great view and easy access to wonderful pool area.

Love the pool area

Don’t judge a book by its cover! I have to admit when we first walked into the office, I was very concerned that the place was run down. However, once in the condo, it was as expected from the listing and very clean. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. All the trees make it feel like you’re in a tropical oasis. I love that the swimming pool is right next to the ocean.
