Beautiful location
Found the house very interesting. It appears to have been on older log cabin and expanded from there. I wish I had known that the floors are not even throughout the house, since my last day, I felt hard after forgetting to step up out of the bedroom. That aside, the house has everything you could need. including a beautiful outdoor space where you can listen to a creek.

The cabin and the property were nice, but someone was staying on the property during our stay, so we didn’t have the privacy we wanted when we chose this location.

Beautiful cabin
Close to Weaverville, Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Beautiful cabin in the mountains with a lovely stream in the backyard. Everything was as advertised, Very pleased.

Stunning Asheville getaway!
This property is immaculate! The house itself and the yard/creek is even more beautiful then the pictures. Our little family of 4 had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the creek, fire pit and grounds as much as staying in the house. Definitely would recommend, hope to stay again soon!

Overall nice stay
The house was surprisingly large on the inside with several rooms so we didn’t feel we were always on top of one another. There was plenty of seating, and the appearance of the inside was very nice. It was nice having the sound of the stream nearby, but there’s not much of a view of it. The location was pretty convenient- not too far from Asheville, which is what we were looking for. I had some difficulty with the heating unit (it’s odd and not user friendly), but the property manager was very prompt in contacting me, and helped me figure out what was going wrong. Issues: We arrived late and all the lights on the property were off, which was unnerving as I was arriving with a bunch of kids. There were dead ladybugs everywhere and a bit dusty. It looked like they hadn’t been inside for a while to prepare for our arrival. There are single step offs going from one room to another, which might be problematic for people with mobility issues/elderly. There is also a loft with a ladder going up to it that is really cute, but scared me that my young daughter would have a misstep and fall through the open hole, so I didn’t allow her up there. Overall it was a good space for our long weekend, and our issues mentioned above would mostly be easily managed and did not affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Perfect fall weekend getaway
We stayed at this newly and fully renovated farmhouse to meet our first grandchild who lives in West Asheville. The property was everything it was described to be. Comfortable beds, updated kitchen and big farm table for dining. It was great for a small family like ours. It was easy to get to Weaverville and Lake Louise. While it is situated on a main country road, it was quiet and sat right next to a babbling creek and has a large privacy fence to block road views and noise.

Beautiful modern rustic design house, clean, comfortable and close to everything Ashville area has to offer, yet in a bucolic setting next in Weaverville. Very spacious separated en-suites, made for a luxurious getaway for two couples. Would only recommend that written instructions to ease in the operation of heat pump thermostat remotes and extra plates for the otherwise well appointed kitchen be provided

Near Perfection
The location was approx. 20 mins north of Asheville, which wasn't a bad drive at all. The property is situated on a small creek that runs the back of the property. Our 4 year old LOVED playing in the creek everyday. The constant running water was very peaceful. The cabin itself was very nice and as advertised. We would definitely stay there again. The only small knock, was there were a few spider webs in the higher to reach places, but wasn't a big deal at all. We loved it and will be back someday.

We loved our stay by the creek. The home is comfortable, feels warm but has great modern amenities. And the location, although it seems remote, is convenient to Weaverville, Barnardsville, and Asheville. Highly recommend!

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful
We were looking for a cabin in the mountains near a stream. This property checked all the boxes and more. Property is large and although there are neighboring houses, we never heard a peep from anybody. The stream running through the backyard is wonderful and the cabin is furnished and appointed beautifully. The only negative comment I have is that you have to be careful walking around in the cabin as there are several very subtle steps, that are easy to miss or stub your toe into.

Amazing
Pictures don’t do it justice, the cabin is rather roomy and yet quaint. Our 4 & 11 year olds had the time of their life on the trails, in the creek and in the loft. Blue ridge parkway is only 1 road away, there are multiple trailheads 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor and grab the white chocolate cranberry cookies from ingles bakery, better grab 2 dozen.

Peaceful get-a-way
We loved the cabin. It was so quiet and peaceful. The sound of the water in the steam in the backyard, the singing birds, the Mountain View’s and the fire flies were perfect!

You won’t regret it!
This is the best stay my husband and I have ever had. The home was so beautiful and secluded. The back porch, fire pit, and stream outside were so incredibly peaceful. This location was also within 30min of the Blue Ridge, Asheville, Black Mountain and more. The town of Weaverville was also beautiful. There were some amazing hikes like Lookout Trail in Montreat and Cavern Gap super close by. You will be glad you came here. We will be back!!

NOT COMFORTABLE & MAIDS COME DURNING YOUR VISIT WHICH YOURE NOT TOLD
It is beautiful, but not comfortable at all. This was for two anniversaries. The beds and pillows were the worst part. Nobody got rest. Was looking forward to the jacuzzi tub but didn’t work. Also it was very dangerous to try to get in and out. I actually fell and badly bruised my knee. Not enough towels for everyone. The living room wasn’t comfortable. The couch was too small for 4 adults so I’m not sure how it could possibly sleep 6. We had to use the blow up mattress for us all to watch tv comfortable. It’s beautiful inside and the outside is wonderful but it was not a comfortable getaway . Also someone fell from this rolly chair. And another person almost did too.
