If you want convenience, your search is over! Family-friendly location! This a ski in / ski out unit, meaning hiking trails are adjacent to the unit. The unit is located in The Village at Breckenridge Resort Wetterhorn Building, 1/2 block walk to Main Street Breckenridge, excellent amenities. The Village at Breckenridge HEALTH CLUB is included in your stay at this location. It is located in the Peak 9 Inn Building and has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, four outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room (highly recommended in Colorado’s dry climate), workout room, and shower/locker rooms. The health club provides endless towels for your use as well. Free video games and billiards. Additionally, there is a free theater room you can reserve for your family located downstairs in the health club for your enjoyment.

Three queen beds / two full baths / full kitchen. Elevator access to the unit.

This unit underwent a renovation. This included removal of the popcorn ceiling and resurfacing all the walls. Additionally, all the carpet was removed and plank vinal flooring installed. It is recommended that guest bring slippers to wear in the unit. The unit can now be cleaned at higher standards. There are a few finishing touches still being completed.

The condo has two sleeping areas (see layout photo for condo footprint), two full baths, and is located at the 'Village at Breckenridge' base of Peak 9. This ski-in/ski-out Condo is located in the heart of Breckenridge making skiing and hiking trails steps away from the unit. The location has excellent access to the Quick Silver Ski Lift as well as Breckenridge's famous Main Street filled with Shops and Restaurants. The living area has a 55" 4K smart HDTV and a 42" HDTV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave for your convenience. There is also a coffee maker, blender, etc. There is a gas fireplace. All linens/towels, paper towels, dish soap, are furnished. The unit has high speed password protected wireless (WIFI). A modem is located in the unit should you want to hard-wire into it.

I can direct you to ski rental discounts and discounts on transportation to/from Denver International Airport via a shuttle (no need to rent a car and be concerned about driving/parking). You do not need a car at this location. Please let me know if you need my assistance with parking. First, I recommend taking the shuttle to avoid parking fee though out Breckenridge. This is very convenient for those guests traveling by airline. There are various shuttles to/from the Denver International Airport. There are also shuttle services available throughout summit County (I have discounts available to save you money). Should you need parking there are options; Option 1. The Village at Breckenridge has a heated garage which is available to guests. Parking costs vary by the time of year. Parking cost during the summer is $16/night. Option 2. I own another unit approx. 150 yards to the east. Should I have parking available at this location during the time needed, you can park there for free. Option 3. There is also parking nearby at the ice rink. This is serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle service allowing you to get back and forth to your car easily.

A clothes washer and dryer are located on each floor of the Wetterhorn building. They can be operated by using an app from your cell phone.

Ice skating/paddle boats on Maggie Pond are also just steps away. Across the street from the Village at Breckenridge is a stop for Breckenridge's free bus service (offered by the Town of Breckenridge) that can take you throughout town.

Great Location - Great Host

All was exactly as advertised. The unit could use a bit of updating, but we could tell that from the pictures and assumed that going in. I'm not sure if I have ever had better communication with a property host. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect stay, great location!

Wonderful location, very close to Main Street and all the restaurants and shopping. Spacious and comfortable condo, had everything we needed for our family of 4. Well maintained complex with a greta pool and plenty of hot tubs. Scott was an excellent host—very helpful with the check in process, good communication, even gave my husband and son tips for fly fishing:)

Great Condo and Location

The Condo was really great. The location is hard to beat - it is very close to the slopes, and right by the town. Pretty much anywhere you would want to go is right within walking distance. The condo is kept in great condition, and was the perfect size to fit our group. The owner Scott was super accommodating, helping with parking and the check-in process. The recreation center with the pool, multiple hot tubs, sauna, games, etc was a great place to spend the night, and was a only very short walk from the condo (and the walk was indoors through the garage, no need to even go outside).

Great Location, Great Owner

The property is great. Getting to the lift is a short walk across the square. The hot tubs are one building away and accessible via the (warm) underground garage. The owner of the property is very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the HVAC/exhaust fans in the courtyard of the building can be a little loud at night.

Fun at Breck!

The location was amazing!. Very close to the lifts. We rented skis from the Maggie and were able to leave our skis at the shop overnight, then a short walk to the condo. Easy walking access to Main Street. The property was as pictured. Scott was great to work with. Would recommend.

Christmas at Breckenridge Peak 9

The property manager, Scott, was overly helpful and kind providing tips on where to ski and where to rent skis. Phenomenal service! While the condo itself was dated, the other property amenities were first class with everything practically newly remodelled. Spa, hot tub, pool, movie theater, kid game room. Location to QuickSilver lift was a short 5 minute walk. Amenities located in a seperate building about five minutes from condo located on fifth floor. This VRBO lived up to its value!

We came as a family of 4 for a March ski trip. The location is perfect walking distance from the Quicksilver chair lift (2-3 minutes) and easy walk to Main Street restaurants. The extra queen bed in the living room was great for spreading out. Owner is extremely responsive before and during the trip. Highly recommend.

Great location

This condo had everything we needed for our ski vacation! Rentals, ski lift, food, shopping are all located a very short walk away. The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect set up for hanging out after a day of skiing. Our host was super communicative and helpful. He shared tons of great information to help us find great deals and all the most delicious food stops in town. Short walk to the city park with a sledding hill and tons of sleds on site available to use. Would definitely stay here again!!!
