Weekly rentals only during summer 5/31/24- 8/16/24 (Friday to Friday to avoid the Sat-Sat traffic)
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION....Book 'Dunes Edge' and be midway between Coligny Circle and Sea Pines Ocean Gate...The villa has granite counter-tops and sea glass blacksplash, 2 flat screen HD tv's ( one is 46') and new tile flooring throughout. It is a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach, is close to the heated and chilled pool, and is also a very private end unit!

There is reserved parking at the front door of this third-row villa. This unit is so nicely furnished that you will feel right at home. The kitchen is quite large, so if you like to cook while you are at the beach you will be impressed with the size and appointments. New this season..... all upgraded stainless appliances and lighting.

The master bath has been fully remodeled with a beautiful all-tile shower and new quartz vanity and lighting. The guest bathroom has a new vanity with a quartz counter top as well.

In five minutes, you can walk to one of the prettiest stretches of beach on the island. It is where the last lifeguard stand is located so you may join in on the fun up the beach or enjoy the less crowded beach below the Alder Lane access. The famous Hilton Head bike paths run in all four directions from our villa. There are excellent public facilities as you enter the boardwalk area so you may stay the day without returning to the villa. You may also walk or bike to restaurants and activities at Coligny Circle or you can be at the Sea Pines Ocean Gate in about 5 minutes!
Note: We do not have a full 24 hours between guests during our high time....VRBO does not give an accurate choice in this regard. However, we do sanitize the condo in between stays and can not offer early check in or out because of this unless we have an open day on either end of a stay.

Beautiful place in Hilton Head!

We loved our stay at Donna's property in Hilton Head. She was super communicative and easy to work with. The place was even nicer than in the pictures. The pool was great and the beach was a nice 5-7 minute walk down the lovely shaded pathways throughout the island. Definitely would stay here again!

Hilton Head stay

Very clean property, amenities just as described, kitchen well stocked in case you are missing anything. Extra towels and blankets for us. Bunk beds worked well for the kids. Extra beach supplies were included on the patio which helped a ton. The beach access was an easy walk and had lifeguards and rental chair/umbrella available. Nice pool with the complex. Was a great trip.

Perfect for our family of 4

This was the perfect rental for our family's week at Hilton Head. The unit was clean, uncluttered, and nicely decorated. Our kids loved having easy access to the pool. The location was convenient to Coligny Plaza, the public playground, and Sea Pines. It was an easy walk to the beach, and compared to other units this size, it was very reasonably priced. We will look for this rental again the next time we visit HHI.

Just a hidden little gem!

My husband and I really enjoyed our seamless 12 night stay in G2 at The Dunes. The property is just a little bit “off the beaten path” which made for a very nice quiet & relaxing spot with very easy access to the beach, walking/biking trails, the property pool and church. The condo owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a very positive experience! We look forward to returning!

Spring Break

We had a great time. The host was very helpful prior to our stay. We found one of the best attributes of the property was its location. We rode bikes everywhere and really enjoyed the beach, shops, restaurants and all the other great places.

First time away since pandemic!

This vacation was well needed and a long time coming. My husband and I are avid retired travelers So we chose HHI to get our feet wet and return to action! The property is a well kept upstairs unit that fit us perfectly. It was clean, quiet , cozy and comfortable. The short walk to the beach makes this property an ideal location. The host, Donna, was stellar in communicating with us, as hurricane Ivan decided to show up on the day we were due to leave (go figure). Donna reached out, we made the necessary adjustments and it ALL worked out! She was my calm in the storm. Without a doubt I would stay here again on our next visit. Thank you Donna for making our first visit to your island an enjoyable one.

We had a wonderful trip and our accommodations were exactly what we needed. We are family of 6 and it was a perfect size for us. The pool was right across from our condo and the beach was a super quick, easy walk. The condo had all of the amenities that we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Best location and beautiful new upgrades

This was our third stay at this condo, and of course it was amazing. The upgrades were beautiful and well done. We all loved the big newly updated shower. The condo somehow appeared bigger this time, maybe from the new kitchen table and appliances. You can’t cannot beat the location to the beach and Coligney shopping. We will be back again! Thank you for another perfect stay!

Very Pleasant

Best Gem On The Island

What a fantastic place for a family! The unit is clean and very thoughtfully put together. Laundry and dishwasher on site allowing for less luggage and fresh meal prep. Short walk to the beach and a great pool to relax in after dinner.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful time and the property was better than expected. Sparkling clean which is a must for me. Bigger than in the pictures too! Great pool access for the kids. The walk to the beach was more like 10min but also very convenient. The wagon helped us tremendously! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location

Our family had a comfortable stay in this refreshed condo. The location is as good as it gets without being ocean front, only a short walk across the road to the beach. This condo is an upstairs unit with another condo below and one across. Our stay was quiet, but we were the only family in the building. Only downside is tight parking. It is what it is, but very tight for big SUVs. We plan to go back for years to come.

Great budget property

Very convenient location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. This property has everything small family needs to stay and prepare food. I found matrasses to be a bit hard (but you may like it). Overall we are happy with this property.

Excellent location

We selected this villa for the proximity to the beach and it did not disappoint! Short, mostly shaded walk made easy with a beach wagon. Everything overall was very clean, had a small hiccup with the coffee maker that the owner promptly responded to - much appreciated. Check in & out were smooth, kitchen well stocked. This was the perfect size for my family of 4. Thank you for sharing your lovely place!

Clean, cozy condo!

Our family enjoyed the condo. It was very clean, and comfortable. It is just a few steps away from the pool, but the walk to the beach was a further than expected. We would definitely recommend renting bikes. We did appreciated the wagon and chairs provided by the owners, that certainly helped make the commute to beach easier. The lady managing the property was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!

Clean and centrally located villa.

Clean, nicely decorated unit that is more spacious than I had envisioned. Our family of 4 was comfortable. The kitchen is decently stocked and the downstairs covered porch provides adequate space for beach carts, etc. The double bunkbeds are great for the kiddos. Short walk to beach. Owner is very communicative. The pool is slightly smaller than some other villas that we have stayed at in the past but centrally located to all units and it was never crowded. The parking lot is tight but that is clearly explained in description and we managed just fine. Great stay.

Charlie and I have been managing property since 1992. I am a real estate broker and he is a mortgage banker. We have two daughters that keep us on the go when we are not working. We don't get to travel as much as we would like but when we do, we really enjoy it. We live in a rural area and enjoy the serenity and privacy that the country provides. We hope you will enjoy the villas that we have to offer....

Why they chose this property

Charlie and I had been visiting Hilton Head Island early in our marriage and fell in love with it. We love that it is so close to Beaufort and Savannah and we love the wide beaches. More than that, we love to ride bikes. It was the right location for our girls from the start....They love to SHOP!!!! The beach is exceptional to top it off.

What makes this property unique

We love the pool, the proximity to the ocean and the beach access amenities. We love the privacy of our complex and where our villa is in the complex. It is so quiet and peaceful there....when we're there we don't want to leave....
