The overall house was just as shown and described in the listing. Check in was a little difficult but I think that was due to a new employee at the gate.
My major concern and disappointment with this house was the security. There is a large sliding glass door that leads to the backyard/pool. Though this door “locks” you can use the slightest of movements to just wiggle it open, a child could easily open it while “locked”. Due to its structure cannot use any sort of pole or item to secure it as it could only be secured in that manner from the outside. Which could work if your only concern is keeping kids safe from the pool but doesn’t work if you want to keep unwanted guests out.
Then the screened in portion has the screen cut by the handle so locking that is pointless because you can reach right in and open and unlock meaning anyone and everyone has complete access to the house from the back. As once you reach through the lovely perfectly cut hole next to the handle then just slightly pull on the “locked” sliding door you now have full access to the house and anyone in it.
To make matters worse there were random (no one ever said even when I spoke with the manager) that workers would be in and out of this backyard. One day we had random men come in from the back to clean the pool then random guy dropping off clean linen to the backyard. So all these workers are aware they can just come and go from the back without anyone telling you they are coming or even when they are coming.
Its a recipe for disaster. Felt very unsafe.
