Heated Pool 🤩

There is an elevator that makes it very easy to get to the top floor.

This direct oceanfront villa offers spectacular views of the ocean from the top floor. Ocean Dunes is situated between the Hilton Ocean Oak and the Marriot Ocean Grande. From the balcony you have a view of the Ocean Oak grounds and pool and the new Ocean Dunes pool, and of course that ocean front view! We do not have access to the Hilton’s Pool or Hot Tub however, we do have access to their grounds including yard games, ping pong, nightly music and beach bar.

There is an air conditioner/heater in the living room and the bedroom. Wall mounted flat screen TVs are in both living room and bedroom.

Cable and free WiFi are provided.

There is a full size kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Bed linens, bath towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided.

The kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots/pans, and a coffee maker. Ocean Dunes provides luggage carts for loading and unloading and there is a ramp and elevator.

A coin laundry room is located on each floor. Bike racks are located near the entrance.
The villa is smoke free including the balcony.
Renters are NOT allowed to have pets.
Owners ONLY are allowed to have pets.

Ocean Dunes is located between Coligny Circle and Sea Pines and is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and is along one of many walking/biking trails on the island.

Ocean Dunes is nestled between two high end resorts offering an outside cabana, grills, and games for our use as well! Beautiful 4th floor unit with a great ocean, pool and garden view! Only steps to the beach and one of the closest properties to the beach! Hang out on the balcony and enjoy the view or head down the path and find yourself on one of the best beaches in the US!

What is provided:

We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

Perfect babymoon getaway

We had an excellent stay. The condo was clean, the view from balcony and living room was beautiful. Close proximity to shops and dining. The bed was comfortable. Pool was heated. We would love to come back!

Weekend getaway to HHI

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and especially the proximity to the beach. The only suggestion I have is that you possibly have coffee available for short-term rentals. We had to buy a bag and then it was just one more thing to pack. That didn’t detract from our stay however.

Nice beachfront property

This condo is in the top floor (4 floors) with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. It was very clean and well stocked. The building is a bit older but overall very adequate and safe. Right between two resorts makes it a nice area to stay and and nice beach area. The pool is a little small and makes you jealous of the resort pool next door but on the plus side it was not crowded at all. Very close to everything in Hilton Head. Would definitely stay again.

30th Anniversary trip

My husband and I have never been to this area before, and we couldn’t have picked a better stay. The area was very quiet and the property was the cleanest rental we’ve stayed with.

Right in the beach…. The place was great just a small pool. I also wouldn’t really call this a penthouse as it was not quite what you would expect from a penthouse. Great views, very clean! Loved the vacation.

Great view, very clean

The condo was lovely. Loved how it had a coastal theme but didn't scream at me in every corner that I was at the beach (eye roll). View was fantastic, saw dolphins most days. You could hear a bit of love music from next door occasionally, which I liked. Pool was heated in Feb, but it wasn't heated enough for me to enjoy it, probably about 82 degrees and we like 86. When it's not hot out, it makes a difference. Kitchen had all the basics but it was missing tongs and anything to use at the grills outside. Living room furniture was very comfy. I took a star off because the scent of the cleaning product was overwhelming. We didn't check in until almost 11 PM and it was too much. I opened the sliding door (no screen) and the smell was even worse out there, like they cleaned the furniture with it and then dumped the liquid into the outdoor carpet on the balcony. It was awful. I'm very sensitive to chemical smells and I had a hard time for 2 days. I smell this chemical a lot in restaurants and I know from experience it clings to everything including your clothes and shoes. You can use the amenities next door except for the pool. We tried the restaurant for fries and shrimp app and apparently they use MSG and it made us sick so be careful over there if you are sensitive. But it was nice to have access to everything there.

4 day getaway

We came to Hilton Head for our anniversary. The location was great. Close to all the shops and a bunch of restaurants. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. The bed and pillows were not super comfortable but that is also subjective. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed.

Lovely getaway

Super location. Plenty of room for the two of us as well as ample space to put things. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable bed and living area furniture was very nice. Wonderful communication with the owner. A few small critiques: internet (WiFi was fine) was very spotty; outside balcony seating and area could use some updating; communal pool area needs nicer furniture. All in all, a lovely getaway.
