Oversized 2 bedroom 2 bath Ground Floor Apartment with nice front porch and easy access to beach and boardwalk. We are between 8th and 9th Street - and between Ocean Avenue and Atlantic Avenue...IMPORTANT 2 Day Rental must pay a $100 cleaning fee at time of check in. There are other apartments in building.

Perfect location
My husband and adult daughter wanted a beachy long weekend and this was the answer. Spacious home and front porch for relaxing. Easy walk to beach and fun boardwalk. One of the highlights was seeing the busy boardwalk in morning when everyone is exercising. A haven for fitness fans and families. We’ll be back!

Beach vacation 2022
Great location to the beach and boardwalk. Place was clean. It's desription was accurate as advertised. The livingroom/ sitting area was larger than we expected from the pictures. It worked for our family perfectly. Owner was quick to repond to questions and checked on us to see if we needed anything.

Thin Walls, but Reasonable Price and Close to Beach/Boardwalk
While the rental certainly was nothing fancy, it was clean, a great (short) distance from the beach and boardwalk, and included a designated parking space (not directly outside, but only a short walk away.) Michael was communicative and attentive. The only issue we had was how thin the walls were. There were some incredibly rowdy girls renting the unit next to us and my young children were kept awake at night due to hearing their every word (including some less than family friendly words.) In Michael’s defense, we did not communicate the issue with him, so he was unable to address it.

Great location! Nice landlord. Manage expectations of property
This is a very close-in apartment to the main boardwalk. The landlord was very responsive and is an honest man - he was kind enough to call me right away and discuss the parking situation (offsite, but very close and there were no problems) and the apartment (he confirmed it was not a renovated apt.). If travelers manage their expectations about the level of maintenance in the apt, they will get a super-close-to-boardwalk stay.

Beach vacation
Property was a perfect location! Two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Property was cool upon arrival and cooling was excellent throughout our stay. Just what we needed to visit with family.

Moorlyn Terrace
The location couldn’t have been better and Matthew was quite accommodating. The apartment could certainly use some sprucing up (incomplete painting of walls, holes in the walls, and drawers that wouldn’t open in the kitchen). I thought it was quite expensive given its condition.

It was a great location
We were right next to the beach abd the mainline strip and also really close to the boardwalk so we loved the location and the house had enough beds for all of us to sleep.
