Perfect for small family. Stairs to level one.
No pets unless by prior arrangement. No smoking. 3 night minimum for long weekends and 4 night minimum for Easter. BBQ on balcony Shared courtyard and front lawns overlooking Southern Ocean. Entry is via keybox and the code will be provided on the morning of your arrival. No Checkins or checkouts on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day

Loved the location, had everything you need and hosts communicated well. Is a little old and some features could use an update but would definitely stay again
Location & convenience of apartment block was spot on but were disappointed in our position. Prior notice that we were at the back would have been appreciated. We would also respectfully suggest that some of the utensils are replaced eg rusted oven trays and chipped glassware. at
Loved everything… location, amenities… everything we needed was in the apartment. Quiet neighbourhood…walking distance to everything.. awesome! Would definitely stay again!
A short notice weekend away and we were lucky to see Shamrock and her calf in the area. The property is a stones throw from the water and a great location to explore the area from.
My daughter and I spent a grand three days at this wonderful apartment right by one of Australia’s most beautiful beaches …swims every day and magnificent walks …
As always we were happy with our stay. The only issue this time was the second bedroom. A previous tenant had vomited on the carpet tried to clean it but the summer heat made the odour extremely unpleasant !!
The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great location and well within walking distance of everything that Port Elliot has to offer.
Would certainly recommend this property and would definitely book again.
