Welcome to your Amazing Seabrook Island Vacation! Your perfect vacation awaits. Our villa boasts a million dollar view of the sun setting across the marsh and water -- while shrimp boats sit on the horizon.

All of that is yours in a 2-bed, 2-bath villa in a small, privately gated neighborhood. Seabrook is a barrier island just 25 minutes from the world-class city, Charleston, SC. You'll have access to 2 beaches, 2 outdoor pools,1 indoor pool, a fitness center, and Freshfields Village, where shopping and restaurants are easy and relaxed. Bohicket Marina is only a bike ride away, and offers all kinds of water activities, as well as additional shopping and dining. Our full appointed villa has a crabbing dock, a semi-private pool, and is elegantly decorated with a fully-equipped kitchen. Perfect for a Family of 4, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate screened in porches for relaxing, and enjoying a one of a kind vacation week. Snow birds will think they have found paradise.

**Please note: Owners are not Seabrook Island Club Members, so access to the Club Amenities are not included with this villa rental.

Great View, Well Stocked

The view from the screened-in porch was beautiful. The unit had everything we needed and more. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, which was a nice plus for those little things we forgot to pack. The pool that is only for this group of condos is just a short walk across the parking lot. We felt very welcome.

Pleasant stay

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described, clean and we appreciated having the kitchen and bathrooms well stacked. It's so nice to have the basic supplies as you arrive after a long trip. We enjoyed the view from the porch, the pool which was mostly very quiet and having access to the bikes. The location is convenient to the stores, restaurants and the beach. If we come back to Seabrook Island, we will definitely would like to book the same condo.

Perfect!

Perfect! The condo has a phenomenal view. We spent a lot of time on the screen porch. Cool crabbing dock is also steps away. We loved the pool and the two bikes. The condo is well appointed-plenty of everything. The location is beautiful. We will be back!!

Great place

When we arrive to any vacation we most always check what we need to get at the grocery store as in bathroom, kitchen, laundry items because we always treat our vacation spot like it was our own house, but this time around this vacation spot had literally everything in it that we needed! It was as if we were just their friends coming to visit and they had all the essentials there without them there with us! It was the most enjoyable stay we have ever stayed at! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Love at first sight

Clean, neat, well stocked condo, and full of personality. Location is convenient to all amenities. Porches are delightful with all the sights and sounds of the marsh. View never disappoints.

Family vacation

It was a good place to stay. It was not inside Seabrook main gate, which was a disappointment. We have family that lives inside and traveling through the gate everyday was annoying. Other than that, the view was great and a good place to stay.

A peaceful Seabrooke Island setting

Thank you for letting us enjoy your place. This condo is close to Freshfields yet secluded, private, and quiet. We had a relaxing time, and enjoyed the fabulous sunset view. The kitchen was well appointed. The bed was very comfy Just what we needed to help unwind. Thank you!

Enjoyable

Beautiful place. We went on and on about the view we had. Easy in and out on the streets. Felt secure-safe-quite-very friendly-security made rounds every day. We had a little problem with the door look. They came right out stated with us the whole time until the locksmith came and got us in. This was so so precious feel so comfortable knowing they care. As I was leaving I had a accident and fell though a glass door down stairs I had a phone-call to assure that I was ok and safe. I want the owners to know how much it means to us to feel like family if something where wrong that they was help right there. And show us so much caring. And before I forget I want to say ty for sending my granddaughter stuff back to us we got it this evening. She was so so happy and come in And say Nana I forgot more than that. I thank you so much for. Everything you all did for us and to say we are sorry for any inconvenience we may had cause over the lock and door. Thank you though for our stay. It was beautiful!!!

Fabulous in every way

This was our second stay on Seabrook Island, and once again this beautiful place did not disappoint!! This was our first stay at this villa, and we were so pleased we did. The property was clean, comfortable and fully equipped to accommodate our family of 4 for the week. Having travelled from abroad we didn't have any beach equipment with us which was one of the reasons I chose this rental. The property provided beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and toys for the pool, much appreciated by us all. I was able to cook a couple of meals during the week in the well equipped kitchen, The views from the villa were spectacular, so very peaceful and we spent a lot of time out on the screened porch watching the boats and enjoying the view over the marsh. Thank you for sharing your home. Don't hesitate to book this rental!!

A perfect place to relax

My family and I had the best vacation staying at this villa. The villa was very clean and neat. The screened in porch with views of the marsh provides a peaceful place to relax and see gorgeous sunsets. Beach access is a short drive away and we found Seabrook to be the best beach we’ve visited. It’s not overly crowded and my children loved playing in the tide pools. The villa provides beach toys for the kids to use which is extremely helpful. The owners have thought of everything to make their villa a pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

Amazing Getaway!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Not only was it immaculate and beautiful, it afforded every amenity you could possibly imagine - from amazing views, extremely comfortable rooms, a wonderful, serene walkable location, to a quick drive to the beautiful beaches. The owners generously equipped this home with everything you could possibly need, and then some! My husband and I, our Aunt and cousin came for a family birthday, and enjoyed some serious rest and relaxation here as well! We were honored to stay here! A great stay with a wonderful marsh view!

We had a wonderful few days here. Everything was exactly as described and pictured, very well stocked with everything you'll need. The privacy of having the master bed + bath on one end and the twin room + bath on the other was perfect. The marsh view is fabulous! You'll want to spend the whole time out on the very comfortably furnished porch, or out at end of the dock admiring the birds, watching the tide and shrimp boats come in and out. The pool area is really lovely and so nice to have access to. Having bikes included was so convenient and much appreciated. Easy access to everything on Seabrook Island and beyond (don't miss the Rosebank farm stand + the fried seafood at Maine Line Seafood truck just a couple miles away). We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. Thanks for having us!
