This is the perfect beach house with a large private pool on a corner lot just 1 block from the beach. There are BRAND new furnishings, TOP of the LINE kitchen appliances, large wide screen TVs and more! You won't be disappointed with the decor and craftsmanship of the home. You won't find a home this pristine and cozy at this rate!

Why they chose this property
This home is Perfect for anyone who does not wish to climb stairs. It is in perfect condition for the most discerning visitor. The pool is salt water and very refreshing. We have a gas grill and patio set for outdoor cooking. Rent a golf cart or bikes and cruise around the island. This home is in a Great Location and just a short ride to downtown Charleston (20mins).
What makes this property unique
You won't be disappointed with the Quality of this home. From the Wolf gas range to the SubZero Fridge, you will find everything you need to cook. There is a large curved Smart TV in the living room and another SamSung 46" TV in the master bedroom. All of the furnishings and beds are new and hardly used. The decor is off the charts! You will feel like you are in a 5 star resort!
