The Palms is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This completely renovated unit has a spacious unique floor plan. New balcony furniture included table for 6 and 2 lounge chairs, stainless steel appliances, sofa sleeper with a comfortable mattress, high quality linens & sheets. Unit is kept up to incredibly high standards.

No keys to exchange (thanks to our advanced code based lock) and no packages (we send all the information you need via email).

With its extra large balcony, quality outdoor furniture and direct Gulf front view The Palms is a great place for a Gulf Coast beach vacation! The unit is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. High end furnishings and attention to detail will help to make this the most relaxing vacation condo you will visit. This unit comfortably sleeps 8 with a KS in the master, 2 QS beds in the guest bedroom and a QS sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer.

Amenities include a gulf front outdoor pool, large indoor heated pool, tennis court, sauna and exercise room offering views of the Gulf. Cable TV, free wireless internet and charcoal bbq grills are onsite. Private boardwalks provide direct access to the beautiful beach. Beach chair rental is available that includes padded lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach. Skip the traffic on Hwy 59 and take the Foley Beach Express to Hwy 161, turn left on the beach highway and The Palms is less than a mile to the left. Publix and several restaurants are located minutes away.

Spring Break

First spring break without kids. We had a great time at a very nice property. Orange Beach is nice area. Close to lots of activities but also a very peaceful and relaxing area. We recommend this property completely.

The best condo at the Island

This is our third time staying in this condo…we absolutely love the location of the condo and that u can see the pool from the balcony. Our family rents around 9 condos and ours/this one is the most well equipped. We come to Orange Beach every two years and hope to book again in 2026. The owner is very responsive and cooperative also.

wonderful stay!!!

This is an amazing condo!! we had everything we needed. it was well stocked, very clean, and very beachy decorations. we had problems with the tv in the second bedroom, but it was finally fixed, thank you. we had beach supplies in closet to use while we were there. the view was perfect! the location was awesome! our family rented several condos, and everyone wanted our condo!! We will definitely be renting this condo again. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely condo

We have stayed at the palms for over 10 years. We love the location and that it is a smaller building so the beach is less crowded. This was our first time To stay in unit 413. It was beautifully decorated. Our only complaint is the cleanliness. The cleaning crew didn’t properly clean before we arrived. The floors Were dirty, trash left behind from previous guest , bathroom countertops/sinks not Cleaned, mold in shower and toilets dirty. Refrigerator dirty with food crumbs etc. I reached out to the number about this situation but didn’t get a response back to this particular Text. If it would have been cleaned the condo Would have been perfect for us!

The property is clean, our Condo was amazing and offered everything we needed plus! Had 1 issue and maintenance was there immediately to repair and never interacted with us. Location was the best with a perfect view of the ocean. We look forward to our next stay.

Condo is Perfect

Our trip to Orange Beach was made perfect by our stay at this unit! Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was available to us, from beach towels to beach chairs! The kitchen was well stocked from cookware to blenders. The pools are beautiful and clean however the indoor pool sadly was too cool for my grandson to enjoy. Thinking maybe the pool heater just wasn’t up enough? We tried a few times but other patrons leaving said it was too cool for them also. The outdoor pool was very clean and a nice size. The grilling area was wonderful. You have a very SHORT walk to the beach. Wonderful beach chair service offered also. This condo is decorated very tastefully. Host is so easy to communicate with! We will definitely be staying here again next year after construction is completed. Updates are going to be wonderful! Thank you for vacation to remember!

Shower with low entry was perfect for my 88 year old Mother which is one reason this property was chosen. Balcony was also another plus as it is large with lots of furniture as we were out there a lot.

Nice and comfy

We had a great time. Nice condo. It is in need of a restock of things. (Laundry soap, trash bags and toilet paper. We had to go got those) It also needs a good deep clean and some mold treatment in bathrooms (ceiling and showers). Beautifully decorated and wonderful views. We would definitely go back again. Friends have also asked for the booking information. ❤

Large condo (well accommodated) with a view of the ocean

This was an easily accessible condo in a smaller building. The bedrooms and baths were well stocked and clean. The kitchen was large and had all appliances that one would need. The dining/living area was large and had a great view. All around great stay!

Family Vacation June 2 - June 9 2023

Our vacation was absolutely amazing. The condo was very welcoming, close to the beach and the balcony in the morning has the best view! Very relaxing!! Close to everything you would want and need, from restaurants, mini golf, The Wharf, Flora-Bama, Publix and Walmart. We will definitely try and stay here again!

Anniversay trip with our family

This unit at The Palms was one of our favorites we have ever rented on a vacation! Its a fantastic condo - every space is top notch! The balcony is huge and has a great view of the beach and ocean with a nice large table and chairs and a couple of loungers. They even provided beach chairs and unbrellas and a cooler for the beach. One of the toilets had a leak in the middle of our stay. We notified the owner and they quickly got a plumber out the same day - very impressive service! We would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great place to vacation on the beach!

Above what you would expect

The condo was very clean and well furnished. Several things we brought with us we did not need. They supply lots of little things you don't even expect like body wash shampoo and even sun screen!! Lots of beach needs. They had new beach chairs so we didn't use ours. Been going to OB for years and this is best best place we have stayed!!

Beautiful Beach views

The condo looks exactly like the photos. The large lanai is a wonderful bonus space. The kitchen had a lot of space for storage and it had useful appliances. There were problems with the pool and and some construction noises but the owner helped where she could. We could definitely love to return to this condo if we go back to OB again.

Great location, great view, great condo

As the title suggests, our stay was great. Mother nature wasn't very cooperative but that didn't impact our experience. The master bed was comfortable, the unit has everything that you could require for a stay away from home. We will definite be back.

Summer Getaway

The unit was great! Nicely decorated with a coastal/nautical vibe. Comfortable recliners in living area! Comfortable bed. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable balcony furniture. The location is convenient to Publix, Walmart & restaurants. We enjoyed our stay & hope to return sometime.
