Newly renovated classic A-Frame cottage in the quiet end of Cape Woolamai. Metres away from the Cape Woolamai Phillip Island Nature Park and its breathtaking views along the coastal walk. Walking distance from the quiet Cleeland Bight beach and the local cafe Wooli General. 10 minutes walk or 1 minute drive to world famous Woolamai surf Beach. All the other attractions of the island are just a short drive away. The recent, thorough renovation includes large windows and sliding glazed back door for plenty of natural light and direct connection to the back garden. Natural cork flooring for warmth and soft feel on your feet, double insulation for thermal comfort and energy saving, achieving a 8 stars NatHERS status. LED lighting throughout with manual rotary dimmer switches to regulate your lighting atmosphere as you wish. Washer/Dryer available. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed, the second one with two single beds and two trundles. Double sofa bed in the lounge area on the ground floor allows a total sleeping capacity of 8.
Front garden can be used as parking spot (max 2 cars). Back garden for enjoyment and relaxation. Outdoor furniture available in the shed.

A Relaxing Weekend

My husband, daughter and I needed to spend some time away and this was the perfect little space. We had enough room for the three of us (with space leftover!) and it was so peaceful. The perfect surprise
This compact home was more than what we expected when we came. It had everything we needed, and a few things that we didn't realise we needed until we got there. It is located down an unsealed road, so heads up. But it is also located away from street lights, so our kids got to meet the galaxy for the very first time. Also, the staple pantry they Nicolo provided us with was an absolute find! All of the usual things, plus dried herbs and spices, as well as some sauces in the fridge made cooking here far more enjoyable for the list of things that we didn't have to go out and buy. Nicolo was prompt and kind in all of our communication with us, and the little pointers that he gave to us just before we came helped us enormously to settle into the property for the time we were there. This was a fantastic base for our family as we explored the sights of Phillip Island; far enough away for it to be private, but close enough to major supermarkets and healthcare centres to be able to pop in and grab what was needed. Definitely a return trip, and highly recommended for family visits.

House had everything you needed for a getaway plus more. Clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach it was a really pleasant stay. Nicolo was very quick to respond to my queries. It was very good value, would definitely recommend it to families and couples.

My partner and I enjoyed our getaway. The place was clean and relaxing. Exceeded expectations the place is better than the pictures. Gorgeous and quiet. We enjoyed watching the rabbits hop around as we enjoyed our morning coffee. So close to the beach - can’t wait to stay again!

Cozy, quiet and peaceful place
You have everything, a place to enjoy the sanity, beach, wonderful nature. Just 10mins away you have acess to all big supermarkets, beautiful waterfront. Wont have direct view of the beach, but just few minutes walk, can say hi to lots of bunnies on the way. Dont have to bring anything, the cozy house has them all, from hat to coat, games, books .... Host is extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much for having us.

Love this house and location. Ideal for my daughter and me as a getaway for her surfing comp. On the edge of the National Park it was cllose to the action but so so quiet and nestled in nature. Beach, bay, bunnies and birds. All the b's. We will be back. :)

Absolutely loved the property and the finish was great. The plywood everywhere looked slick and my daughter loved the smell of the wood in the bedrooms upstairs. Wild rabbits running all over the garden and a short walk down the lane to the beach. See you next time!
