About this property

Beautiful Lakefront Home On Roosevelt Lake ~ 7 Acres On The Lake!

Our lake home will sleep up to 12 people with two double beds, 1 queen bed, 1 king, and two sets of twin bunk beds. There are two bath rooms, one shower.

The kitchen has been updated with new appliances and cabinets, which include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have a washing machine and clothes dryer.

There is a recreation room upstairs with a pool table and 50-inch TV with Direct TV service. Wifi service is available.

The lake home lies on seven acres of land with over 500 ft. of sandy lake shore. There are two docks for your use, a paddle boat, canoe, sauna, and large fire pit. You will find great ATV trails just minutes away

We have a 22 ft pontoon boat with a 90HP engine for rent by day or week . Gas is included in the rental rate.

Roosevelt Lake boasts of its extremely clear water with depths up to 130 feet. The lake is approximately 8 miles long and connects to a second, very nice lake .

Fishing can be done off the docks or by boat. The lake has a large variety of fish, including sunfish, crappies, large and small mouth bass, walleye, northern, and muskies.

Fantastic location

One of the most beautiful locations I’ve stayed at. From the deck and fire-pit it seems you have the entire wilderness to yourself. Furniture is very comfortable.

A Fabulous Place

Beautiful set up on a wonderful lake- at the quieter end of the lake….no cabins across the lake. Such privacy and beauty! We rented the pontoon and loved being out on the water. Any questions or issues that came up were handled quickly as the owner lives next door. Our grandkids loved the big yard and jumping off the dock. Very helpful to have the second refrigerator- we used it for our beverages and desserts. Hope to come again!

Brother-in-laws fishing trip

The house, yard, docks, and boats were perfect for our fishing trip. The house had plenty of room for our small group. The upstairs window air conditioner had no problem cooling the house, even with the 90 degree temperatures on our first day. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. Bass fishing was great. We will definitely stay again.

Family getaway

Ron was wondering, very nice gentleman, he even let us use his own pontoon which he has not driven, when the other pontoon we rented stopped working on the lake and we had to get towed in on the second day we were there.

The location and property were excellent There was plenty of room. Great place for our two dogs. Nice lake. However, the yard had lots of dog poop from others. There was a need for more cleaning of the outside and the boat.

Great place for a lake getaway!

We really enjoyed our time here for the long Labor Day weekend. The owner, Ron, and daughter, Kristin, were so responsive and helpful with any questions or help we needed. The upstairs TV and pool table area was great for the one rainy day/night we had. We loved the bonfire area and spent a lot of time there. House exactly as described and stocked with everything you need.The lake is beautiful, two docks for our boats and lots of room for yard games and our dog to run around. Thanks again for letting us stay and the great hospitality!

Peaceful property.

Peaceful property. Our family of 11 easily fit in this property with plenty of room for all to sleep. Property owner was pleasant and easy to get a hold of, very helpful when needed. Just a heads up there is only air conditioning on the upper level. We brought fans along to help circulate the lower level to help During the 90+ days. We utilize their pontoon for a couple hours which was a nice option as it helped a couple of our family members enjoy the lake! I would recommend this property…

Relaxing time spent at the property!

Beautiful property, lots of wildlife, spacious yard for the kids to play in. Lots of fishing from the pontoon and from the docks. The owner was very responsive when we had questions or requests. We hope to rent again in the future!

This property was everything we needed for a fun and relaxing family vacation! Fishing off the dock, boating, canoeing, pedal boating, huge lawn for games, fires, movie nights in the family room. Ron was such a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll be back!
