This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.


The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $10.00 amenities fee per condo.

Perfect Location
The location is close to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Outlets, and lots of restaurant choices. Had a few minor problems that were addressed/fixed within 15 minutes of calling.Lots of amenities at the resort.

Williamsburg thanksgiving stay!
Property was nice, close to attractions. A lot of fun things for kids and adults to do onsite. Game room, pool, theater, bingo, cheese making class. Rooms had lots of kitchen tools to cook with and serve the food. I would stay again.

The condo would have been perfect if the livingroom furniture had been even remotely comfortable. It was murder trying to relax in the livingroom after a long, hot day. There was a couch and 3 chairs. Every piece of furniture was extremely uncomfortable! Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Very clean! Very nice resort! Wonderful pools and arcade! Unfortunately, the salesman for the timeshare schpiel was almost aggressive. I was very close to telling him off!

Wonderful stay!
This property was great! The rooms were clean and fresh. The pools were well maintained. I was so impressed with the arcade and the fact that all the games were free to guests! We had an infant 2 children under 10 and 4 adults and we were all very well entertained and so happy with our vacation!

Great stay in Williamsburg
The rental is in a vacation club and has an ample number of amenities. The arcade is well stocked with regular arcade/pinball, as well as four gaming console stations. The indoor/outdoor pool is heated and the mini golf is fun. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the front desk staff was slow to any requests, such as asking for someone to clean the rug or send a vacuum for us to do it, or when we needed towels or dish detergent

Spacious resort accommodation in Suburban area
We enjoyed our time at this property, with the exception of the low-level harassment to attend time-share sales presentations. We arrived at 2:30 and were allowed to check in early. The desk personnel immediately switched us to a different unit than the "Hearing impaired" property we were apparently reserved against. I questioned this, as my understanding was the VRBO property contact owned a specific unit, but was assured by the desk personnel that moving us to a different unit was no problem. The concierge who gave us keys offered us discounted tickets to Busch Gardens if we would attend the 90 minute sales pitch; we declined. The following day they called the unit and asked about our plans for Christmas Day; my daughter excused herself and hung up. Other than this aggravation, the unit was spacious, fairly clean (some dirty dishes were outside our unit in the hallway from the time we showed up to the time we left 4 days later), and fairly convenient to downtown Williamsburg. We did not use any of the resort amenities as we had a full schedule. I meant to go look at them but never made it over to the entertainment buildings. We found the property very comfortable and roomy. THE RESORT CHARGES AN ADDITIONAL $7/day "resort fee" on TOP of the VRBO accounted charges.

The condo itself could stand a good cleaning. My son and 2 grandsons are allergic to dust mites and all 3 of them had reactions the whole time they were in the condo. The door on the master bedroom needs to be planed it sticks really bad once it is closed and very difficult to open. Amenities were fantastic especially for the grandkids. More info needs to be provided for the unit, like wifi info and checkout info.

Wonderful place for our family!
Although I did not utilize much of the resort, the amount of space that we were able to have for a family of four was invaluable. We each have our own room, large beds, and plenty of common space to hang out at night. Check in was extremely easy, our contact person always got back to us quickly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the facility had a lot to offer. We very much enjoyed the arcade as a late night activity. The proximity to Busch Gardens, and Williamsburg was perfect so once we settled, and we never had long distances to drive during the vacation.

Beware of the check in process. Before they make your keys, they have you speak with a concierge. They are pushy and don’t know the word NO! After 15 minutes, I was finally given the keys. Everything else was smooth. It’s an older place but it had everything we needed to enjoy time with family.

After the initial check in process (sales pitch on attending a timeshare presentation), everything was great. The condo was clean and accommodating for our group of 6. The kids enjoyed the arcade, tennis courts and basketball hoop. I still give this property a 5 as the timeshare sales component is out of the control of the property manager and he did give us a heads up which was appreciated. We would stay here again

Activities at the resort were wonderful
We enjoyed our 5-night stay here and would stay here again if we returned to the area. The highlight of the place is definitely the resort amenities. We were there in early October and there was tons of availability for the pickleball/tennis courts, mini golf, and two large arcade rooms which had a huge variety of options. My 6 and 8 year old kids were in heave. There was some sort of laser overhead computer game projected on the floor that we'd never seen before and my 6 year old loved. We didn't use the indoor or outdoor pools or cinema but were aware they were open. We had the 2- and 1- bedroom apartments (which had connecting interior doors) and enjoyed having the extra space and 3 bathrooms. It was a vacation for us parents because the kids got their own living room to play in. The building was just a 1 minute walk from the activity center where all the amenities were which was convenient. The apartment was furnished as shown in the pictures - far from modern but clean and comfortable. The only notable downside was that the light at night from the parking lot was too bright in the main bedroom even after pulling the drapes shut and using suitcases, etc. to keep them shut as tightly as possible. We ignored the sales pitch at check-in (did not attend a presentation selling time share ownership) along with the follow-up text messages we received. The resort is located <10 minute drive from Colonial Williamsburg and the outlet mall and 15 minutes to Great Wolf Lodge.

Wonder stay in Williamsburg
This place was awesome for 3 women traveling to see our countries heritage. We each had our own space with 3 rooms, 3 king size beds and 3 private bathrooms. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. The place was a little older but it was very clean and the beds were wonderful for the days end comfort. They also had a washer and dryer if needed in each condo. We would definitely return and urge others to stay at this wonderful facility.

Quick family trip
Met with with my mom, sisters, and brother as we live about 16 hours apart. Apartment was spacious enough and had comfortable beds. The resort is nice and offers 3 pools (1 inside and 2 outside), mini golf, a game room, and other activities. The resort can be pushy with asking you to attend a 90 minute presentation for a timeshare but Matthew was very clear about that in his communications. The place is located very close to William and Mary/Colonial Williamsburg and with in 15 minutes of Busch Gardens. 25 minutes to Newport News Airport. Cute little Humane Society up the road. Overall property was exactly what we needed and was clean. We were happy with the stay.
