Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we'd love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator and the pool are fully operational, and direct beach access is available.

Fantastic location and accommodations

Super pleased with our stay here. The condo was clean and as advertised. Had several questions throughout our stay and the TRS team was responsive, helpful and nice. Would definitely return.

great place

great place ! check in was easy - they even called me to tell me it was clean and you can check in early- that never happens . Wash was easy - I was hesitant because I usually get a place with a washer and dryer in the unit - but it was painless and no one was ever in there. I do wish they had beach towels- we did go to walmart to buy some

Great location!

This is our 3rd year at Maderia and first year in this condo. Great location, can’t beat the view from the balcony. The condo was comfortable & clean. Kitchen is well stocked, maybe too much kitchen stuff, but we had what we needed. The condo grounds are well maintained with daily cleaning of common areas & elevator. Check in was easy. We stayed over a month and had no issues so had no need to contact the office.

Great November getaway

Great balcony chairs to watch the dolphins swim by. Clean. Needs better lighting at gates to pool, beach and barbecues. Hot tub is a bonus and was fixed quickly when it wasn’t heating up. Would stay in this unit again

Old Florida West Coast Charm

This property is welcoming! It is dated but very clean and well loved. The location is perfect with stunning view of the gulf and sunsets from the balcony or walk out the front door to catch the sunrises over the Bay. The property grounds are extremely well maintained. The pool and hot tub are immaculate and have an unobstructed view of the sand and surf. We will definitely return and would rent this unit again.

Convenient Location

We stayed the entire month of January. This building is pretty much centrally located so we were able to walk to John's Pass and The Reef (loved breakfast there). We rented a car and went to Treasure Island, St. Petersburg, Indian Shores, Clearwater, Ybor City, and Tampa.

Oceanfront & walkable to John's Pass

This Seabreeze unit was great for the four of us. The sofa was large and comfy and held 6-8 when family staying in another unit came by. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was as expected with the exception of keys not being included in our after hour check in pack. Although a representative brought keys after a call was placed, it was late & certainly not ideal. A lockbox would be nice so keys weren't an issue & didn't have to be delivered (only a few blocks away). Other than that the overall experience was very positive & we would stay again!

We arrived at Seabreeze to find dead fish all over the beach the smell from balcony was so unbearable. We were not allowed in the ocean the whole entire time due to red tide issue. No notice was sent out before my trip to warn me of the harmful toxins that made many members of my family very sick. So I'm very disappointed that I paid for ocean view that I did not get to enjoy. When I reached out to management for a possible refund or complimentary stay to make up for my miserable trip they pretty much said hate your luck but no refunds.. So I spent 5 days off work sick from breathing toxic substances at a ocean I could not even enjoy. Do not pay for trip insurance you won't get compensation anyways.. I can tell you the condo is roomy. Beds are very uncomfortable. There Is not many things within walking distance you will need a car or uber. The elevator is slow and there's only one so that it's quite an inconvenience. I will not be back I would rather stay somewhere more comfortable and where management compensates on one of the worst vacations I'd ever had to deal with..I spent a lot of money that was completely wasted and no one cares..

Great vacation!

Overall the condo was perfect for us. The balcony alone was worth every penny! I wish it would’ve had a washer/dryer in the condo vs facilities available for use on different floors, but we made do. The only real complaint would be the slow elevator and the cleanliness of the elevator. This was an amazing vacation and I’d definitely stay there again.

Location is GREAT! The rest is just OK...

The location of this property and it’s proximity to a fantastic beach and entertainment can’t be beat.The unit itself is older and could use some TLC. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness when we arrived. It was obvious that housekeeping did the minimum in cleaning. Bedding in the single bedroom was stained and filled with sand. Renters should also be aware that you are provided with very few basics for your stay. The lack of toilet paper,hand soap, and paper towels was surprising. Also, you will need to buy or bring anything needed for the beach. No beach towels, chairs, etc. provided. Having rented many beach condos this would be something I’d suggest to the owners to make their guest’s stay a lot more pleasant.

Love the location as it is right on the beach. We slept with windows and doors open every night to hear the ocean. The condo was wonderful. Only complaint was communication the email you get to pick up keys to the condo was wrong, we had to call and get a different location, thankful someone was working as we were checking in after hours. When we got there our key was finicky we really had to try to unlock the door for sometime.
