The prime location & tranquility of this older style but immaculate beach house Sundance is amazing, with only footsteps to the pristine surf beach and 10 minutes walk to the patrolled area of Peregian Beach, shops and restaurants but still only 15 minutes drive from the heart of Noosa and Sunshine Beach.

Relax and catch all the cooling sea breezes on the spacious deck and listen to the rolling waves. There is a dining and generous lounge area with sliding doors opening out onto the timber deck.

Fully equipped kitchen with under bench over, electric cook top, microwave and fridge/freezer
Full laundry facilities with top loading washing machine and electric clothes dryer.
Linen is supplied however you will need to bring your beach towels.

The fenced property is ideal to bring your small to medium size pooches. No other pets are catered for.

Return delight!

This is a repeat trip location.. a well appointed kitchen for us foodies and a perfect location for dogs in this on leash location just a few min from the off leash area. Just a few steps from the beach!The house never disappoints with well fenced garden and Despite the beach erosion, we could camp our towels and still enjoy the best of one of our favourite locations on earth.Thanks !

Great location

Awesome location directly across from beach access. Fabulous covered veranda with ocean breezes. House is clean and newly renovated and comfy beds. Aircon in the living room but a bit warm in the bedroom and could do with aircon in the bedroom. Excellent stay.

1 minute to beach

A great location, just across the road to the dog friendly (on leash) beach and a short walk south to the off leash section of the beach that goes on for many kilometres. Black cockatoos in the trees along the beach. The house was good, big kitchen, deck on the front, three large rooms, comfortable beds, more bathrooms than the listing description suggests. Fully fenced backyard with a grassed area for the dogs. Neighbours are close but not visible.

Amazing place

We loved staying here. The house was even nicer than the photos and closer to the beach than we thought too (very close). Lots of lovely touches like games and books. We loved the back shower which meant the house could stay cleaner. The property managers were delightful and checked in on us in a nice way. Would love to stay again

Enjoyable Work-cation

Property is well located, yard was great for my mini schnauzers including access to off leash beach. Pleasant walk to local shops, especially along the beach. I liked the personal/family touches in the house and thought it was well set up.

Our family love to swim, surf and include our dog in our adventures it was the perfect house with lockable garage for all our gear and comfortable beds very clean and well equipped kitchen.

Love the location

Loved being close to the beach, short walk and your on the beach with the dogs. House was lovely inside and was comfortable. Surprised by the volume of traffic early in the morning.

Perfect family beach holiday

We had a delightful break, the position was perfect & loved being so close to the beach. Such a treat to be able to bring our much loved dog on holidays with us. The only disappointment was we only had 4 days there. Can’t wait to come back.

Clean dog friendly and family friendly

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy & agent was friendly and helpful. The house was big enough and catered well for our family and dog. We would have liked to see a chair in the sitting area as pictured but instead there was a book shelf and table so that was quite an odd and unusable space. Although it doesn’t list a bbq it would have been great as other properties of this type and price have one. The yard was clean and easy to access for our kids and dog. Kitchen well stocked. The floors need a good mop and a clean sponge for the kitchen & laundry wouldn’t go astray as the ones there were old and very dirty. Perhaps just forgotten. He front door needs a handle to close and lock it from the outside when leaving. One day it was windy and we couldn’t get the door shut as you have to pull it with the key inside the lock as there’s no handle. The beds were comfortable and good sizing and the deck was nice to sit on for breakfast with the sun and sea breezes. Beautiful moon across the east at night from the deck. Beach access is simple and quick. We would definitely return.

Great holiday house

Only a short walk to the beach (it is a dog friendly beach). Well appointed and very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. Even though you can't see the beach, you can hear the sound of the surf. The area is very quiet and the beds are so comfy - slept like a log. There are stairs at the front entrance but if you can't navigate them there is also a side entrance (and only 2 steps up to the house). We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back. Cate at Noosaville Holidays is a dream to deal with!

Perfect position

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sundance with our dog, Lucy. Loved how we could walk across the road to the dog friendly beach and also could stroll to beautiful Peregian Village. Property was extremely clean and tidy, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen (which can often be a problem with self-contained properties) and a beautiful bathroom. We have stayed here before and would highly recommend it.

Family Relaxation

It was the perfect spot to relax for the weekend with family. Beach was a short stroll away and so many lovely restaurants! The home was well equipped and you wanted for nothing. It was very comfortable and we will definitely be back. Even our fur baby had an amazing break :)

Pleasant pause in Peregian

Suited us down to the ground, fantastic position so we could walk up the beach to the town centre and at the end of the school holidays was quieter than we had expected. Awesome.

Perigian Hidden Gem

Situated right across from a beach entrance, this house is perfect inside! From the comfiest beds to the we ll stocked kitchen and lovely polished floors, its home away from home. The deck captures all the wonderful sea breezes and the property is well fenced to keep your paw babies safe with a lovely grassy area out the back. Recommended!
