Studio with Queen size beedroom, living area with sleep sofa, WIFI and flat screen TV.,eating area, outdoor sitting.
Laundry on site.
Great location, we are steps away from Lido Beach, few minute walk from St.Armands circle, a short drive to downtown Sarasota, and Marina Jacks.
The Sarasota Bayrunner Trolley, is free and easy which loops through Lido Key, St. Armands circle, and Downtown sarasota. Nearby are great restaurants, cafes, exclusive boutiques, quiet side roads for jogging, cycling, or walking.
We happily provide some basic amenities to help you pack light:
Fresh linens- including bedding, blankets, and towels. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started. Basic cleaning supplies -dish soap and kitchen towels. Beach accessories: 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella.
Parking space: each unit is provided TWO parking spaces.
We have an outdoor common area, which is shared with all other units. It has a Gazebo, with a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor hot showers.
Laundry units are on site.

Great long weekend!

Loved our stay in this studio. Property manager was wonderful and studio was clean. Very close to the beach and the circle with all the shops and restaurants. Lido Key is a great area and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Lido Beach cottage

We thought the space was super cute! Perfect size for two. So close to beautiful beach and also all the shops and restaurants at St Armand’s Circle. We would love to stay here again! Exactly as advertised!

Palm Tree Oasis

The location was absolutely awesome and I believe the unit is nicer than the pictures. There was a nice table and chairs on the deck for 2 to enjoy the trees and flora around the property…made morning coffee a joy!

Lido getaway

We really enjoyed this studio. Location was perfect. Close to the beach, food and shopping. The only thing we would ask is for the bed to be a bit softer, but thats just us. Lol

Simple, clean and close to the beach!!

This place was better than I expected from the photos. Quaint little complex and a clean, efficient studio with everything my boyfriend and I needed to enjoy a 3 day beach get away-towels, chairs, umbrellas and a nice porch to come home to before getting ready to walk to dinner. I would definitely stay here again!

Decent location

It was smaller than it looked in the pics, but still nice. Close to the beach and not far from downtown. Had to air out upon arrival due to the cleaning fumes, but was glad to know how clean it was. And it was clean! I would recommend.

Beach access, Bayrunner shuttle, St Armand’s…

Great location and clean, quiet, basic accommodation. Shower hot water and pressure very good. A couple minor additions to kitchen would make it easier to eat in (a serrated knife, more than one leftover container and lower stools to be able to eat at the bar). That being said, it was an ideal rental for me and the owner was extremely responsive to a couple requests.

Excellent Stay

This unit is a short walk to the beach and walkable to the shops at St. Armands Circle. The property has been updated since the pictures were taken, so there is a larger refrigerator/freezer available. Debbie communicated with us before, during, and at the end of our trip. Thank you, Debbie! This unit is the perfect place for two people and it is in a great location.

Christmas Gift

Eleonora the property owner, manager was great. We had problem with TV and Heat called her and she showed up and fixed everything. Bed very comfortable. We are playing to return in May. It was a great 5 days over Christmas even though the weather was cold.
