One of 3 units side by side. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedrooms have king beds and the guest bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have LED/LCD TV's in them. Each unit also, has bunk beds.

Each unit is decorated in beach décor to give you the fun, relaxing vacation you want and deserve! You are just steps away from the white sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Our units are pet friendly.

HOA Pet Rules: Only one pet per rental condo allowed, weighing 30 lbs or less.
The HOA charges a Non Refundable Pet Registration Fee of $250 payable upon arrival.

30th Anniversary Trip

This was a last minute booking and I’m so glad we found this place! We’ve always stayed on the west end, but we’ve found our new “home” here. The condo was clean and had all the utensils we needed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle, but still near attractions/restaurants. Mark was great to work with and even called to offer suggestions. Just book this condo, you won’t regret it.

Convenient

The condo was clean, comfortable, and so pretty! We took my 90 year old mother and being on the first floor made it easy with her beach wheelchair and still had a great view!!!

Good location! Not impressed with condo

Great location to beach, well stocked and organized. The manager was mostly easy to work with. Had some issues getting connected to internet and didn’t get a response after Two attempts until next night. Not a huge deal but for the money I’d have expected more response. Had we needed the internet more it would have been a bit more important. The unit needs upgrading. It’s old with a little mildew/mold in bath ceilings. The master bath shower is dated and leaks Into bathroom floor terrible. The furniture felt like vinyl and was SUPER uncomfortable. Your skin even sticks to it. We had to cover with towels to sit. Outlets in walls are loose and some not operable as well as light switches are crooked and not operable. There is obvious mold in the washing machine and smelled. I had to use vinegar in each load of clothes I did to keep them from smelling. Coffee pot was broke. I wish there had been a vacuum to help with keeping the sand down as sweeping an entire condo was a bit much. For what our unit cost I would have expected a little better. Paid extra to management company for our little 8 lb dog and had another pet fee of $250 on arrival and I think it was overkill. The doggie area was gross and my dog didn’t want to go there. I have no issue paying for the pet but to pay both is a bit much. We had a good time and spent time with family but I don’t think I’d stay on this condo again.

Room was everything and more

We were able to check in online earlier the week before saved so much time. Mark text me at like 11 am letting us now that our room was already ready. That was great because we arrived early and were able to get in and to the store before all others that arrived at normal check in time at 5.00pm. Mark was great with responding to any questions that I had. The ground floor was so easy getting to the beach not having to wag all the chair and use the elevators. We sat outside more than we stayed in the room with the breeze coming off the water it was great. The room was great and well stocked.

Treasure Island - Room 102

Unit is great. Clean, spacious and the location is absolutely perfect. Family of 6 with kids aged 18,16, 14 and 13. 18 and 13 year old were in the 'closet' bunks and were very comfortable and enjoyed the humor of such a space. Very functional and creative. The best thing (and there were many great features, including cleanliness!) about this property is the location, location, location. I felt sorry each day, watching people bring down an entire day's load of swim/beach gear for the day, while we stepped out of our gated patio to get to the pool, (maybe 50 steps) or the beach (maybe 20 steps). We were off to the side of the pool, so it appeared as if we had a private, extended deck with unobstructed views of the ocean, at all times. If you go here, do all that you can to get a ground floor room. It will make a HUGE difference in your enjoyment of the stay. Mark, the owner, was great and responsive throughout. He and his team are focused on cleanliness and the experience in whole.

Only place to stay in PCB!

Location, Location, Location! Treasure Island is close to all the great local restaurants on Thomas Drive. Great beach & close to St. Andrews State Park. Mark & Cathy always have the cleanest condos and we love the convenience of the ground floor with our kids. We can’t wait to come back.

Our 1st experience in a ground floor condo.

Never knew what we were missing! Walk from our patio directly out to the beach. A real paradise with 3 kids, no pool bathrooms, easy to retrieve snacks. Condo was beach decorated and most of all, super clean! Mark & Cathy were super to work with and responsive. We’ll never stay anywhere else or with anyone else.

Everything was perfect!

Best vacation spot ever

This was my 2nd time staying at treasure island and first time renting from Mark. He was very easy to work with...I had a family of 15 comimg 10 adults 5 kids so we rented 2 units 102 and 103 we loved staying on the bottom no waiting on elevators or stairs ...the beds and pillows where so comfortable and the units had everthing we needed.... i highly recommend the bottom floor for people with kids. Paradise on the beach. Perfect condo

Fabulous Family Unit

We loved this place!!!! Owners were wonderful! Everything we thought it would be and right by the beach access. Unit was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week long. I would recommend to anyone! Can't wait to go back.
