One of 3 units side by side. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedrooms have king beds and the guest bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have LED/LCD TV's in them. Each unit also, has bunk beds.

Each unit is decorated in beach décor to give you the fun, relaxing vacation you want and deserve! You are just steps away from the white sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Our units are pet friendly.

HOA Pet Rules: Only one pet per rental condo allowed, weighing 30 lbs or less.
The HOA charges a Non Refundable Pet Registration Fee of $250 payable upon arrival.

We have stayed at Treasure Island at least 10 times. This was our first time renting from Mark. It was a wonderful experience. Check in was a breeze. The condo was very clean. I can’t say enough good thinks about this unit!!

Met our expectations and then some

We just decided to go to the beach and this place was great. I highly recommend it it was fantastic we went in mid-april and the weather was great and we were on the offseason so it's saved money great deal!

The grounds were well kept, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The owner Mark lives just 2 units away and any problems are handled asap. The condo is fully stocked for cooking and plenty of qualiity bath towels, etc. This is a ground floor unit, and so convenient to parking, dog walk potty location and parking is as close as it gets ! Walk out your patio to a lovely common area., with heated pool & whirpool. And the beach steps are only 15 feet or so from your patio! We love Treasure Island and this unit.. already signed up for next year!!!

Excellent unit 102 and 103

The room was clean and extremely convenient to the pool and beach. We had both units 102 and 103 and ample room for our 14 person family including teens. The entry door was nice with a keyless coded pad. . The owner is on site and very responsive. We stayed in another unit last year and this unit was maintained much nicer. For example the baseboards and cabinets were clean and maintained. And overall cleanliness. The furnishings are in good shape and clean. The walk in shower has two heads and strong water pressure. The owner was accommodating in putting a small chair for me in the shower. The mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped with glass dishes, glasses and pots. It would have been nice to have a garbage disposal, but understand the complications that can arise. Possibly an additional teflon type skillet too. The laundry room had space for beach items, if needed and the washer and dryer worked well. There is a very sturdy and cute table and chair set on the patio, which is also, the extension of the pool deck. The assigned parking spot for our unit was as close as you can possibly get in the ground level. Check-in was completed online prior and made the arrival expedient! I have MS and this unit was perfect for someone with limitations. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Love Panama City Beach and the Treasure Island Condo

Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful beach condo. It is so convenient just to walk out to the beach or pool. Being able to see the ocean even on the first floor is exceptional. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked and love the decor. I also like the idea that it is convenient to restaurants and stores. We will definitely be staying again next year.

Fantastic, super clean room!

We had the best week in this condo! Mark and Cathy are great to work with. We have been coming to Panama City and stayed in Treasure Island for several years! This has been our favorite room! Any concerns we had, Mark took care of them right away! We have never stayed in a room this clean! I highly recommend! I really liked the decor. Many rooms are decorated cheesy or have gobs of knick knacks. So nice to have a nicely decorated and clean space!

Great spot, enjoyed the emerald water.

Very nice but i am handicapped and bed was too high for me and. Couch too low and deep. But I am short. And have too many things wrong. The owners were very nice and keep the condo in good condition. I would recommend renting this unit from them. Very helpful owners. Thank you Mark for a good 3 months.

Bama Beach Lovers

The room was very clean, open and large. Everything was provided. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the beach was great. Walked right out the door to the deck and a great view of the ocean. Very quiet for a ground floor unit. The owner was very accommodating. We will plan on booking again with them for our future vacations. The ground floor was an added bonus for us with no elevator waits and we were able to bring our other family member "the pup" with us also. I would recommend this unit for anyone. Hope we get to book it again. Thanks for a wonderful beach stay!

The best beach vacation ever!

We have traveled to PCB for fourteen years. This year we were traveling with friends and happened on this property because the owner has two side by side. We were hesitant because it was a ground floor unit but decided being next door to our friends was more important. WOW! We had no idea how wonderful this place would be. We were literally steps from the beach...we had chairs with our rooms so we could walk feet and be in those chairs...and there was room just down the beach for a tent. We never needed to take coolers or other items with us because we could be in the room in seconds! The view is amazing! The rooms were clean and well kept. If you are traveling with family or friends, this is perfect for you. The kids could go back and forth easily. The bunks off the kitchen were a hot commodity for the kids. I thought they would argue over who got the bed vs who got the bunks....it was the other way around! They liked to close the door and out the iPad on the ledge and call it a movie theater. The kitchen is well stocked and roomy. The unit was bigger than I expected actually. We never used the pool because the beach was just out the door but it looked nice and clean. I felt safe and the grounds were well maintained. I could live in this unit for the summer! I could see my parking space from the unit. I could go on and on...needless to say we will be back and I will always be on the ground floor!!
