Lovely condo and property. Very comfortable except 2 of the 3 beds. Mattress’s need to be replaced. Extremely uncomfortable and not level. The main bedroom bed does not have enough slats First floor bed is not level. There was no dishwasher detergent, I believe there might be something wrong with the hot tub control panel as we could not get the jets to turn on. It would only adjust the heat temperature. Other than those issues the place is perfectly lovely and we were extremely comfortable.

Bella Beach Getaway
My wife and I had a great getaway with our daughter and her family. The place worked great for us. We had our space in the downstairs bedroom while my daughter and family used the upstairs bedrooms. We were a bit surprised that the main living area was on the second floor. It wasn’t an issue for us, but could have been a problem for people with disabilities. The place was clean, well equipped and just a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Really nice place to stay
A perfect house for the 6 of us- a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. The beach is just a 2 minute walk and the neighborhood is so cute! The house was clean and super nice- the hot tub was clean and relaxing. The only issues: I had to call after check in time to ask for the check in information because it was never sent to me and the checkout time being 10am is a little early. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Everything was awesome it’s a nice quiet location and when o say quiet I mean it lol be aware that there is no cell service lol and if you coming with a pickup it will most likely not fit in the garage. But those where little things the house was amazing and the location was on point so we would totally come back :)

Nice place with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Nice kitchen, was equipped with what we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to the market, Depoe Bay, and Lincoln City. It was a great place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful. It was perfect for the teens to be upstairs and have their privacy. The short walk to the beach was perfect. This home had everything we needed to make food there. I would make a recommendation of having the cleaning crew do a better job at wiping down the kitchen cabinets and countertops . Leftover food and prints on cabinet doors was not what I expected for the fee for cleaning and maybe leaving a few more fans for guests as it does tend to get hot. Overall it was a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

This was a very cute place and a great location. My kids really enjoyed the hot tub and it had great separation of space. Nice short walk to a great stretch of beach.

Almost perfect; just needs 2 new mattresses
Amazing location, nice layout, charming, and perfect amount of space for our family of 5. Our only complaint—two of the beds (one in the owner’s suite and one in other top floor bedroom) were super uncomfortable and the mattresses need to be replaced. Everything else was fantastic. We’d be happy to come back once the two mattresses are replaced. Loved the easy walk to the beach, seeing the ocean from the hot tub, and sitting on the upper deck in the sun. The hot tub was perfectly warm when we arrived. Lots of charm here.

Perfect Beach Getaway
Myself, husband and two teenage children stayed for two nights....wish we'd stayed longer! Quick spring break getaway. I booked this specifically for beach proximity and the hot tub. Neither disappointed. Though due to weather we didn't go down to the beach but saw where access was close and easy. The hot tub was absolutely perfect....could hear and see the ocean. Very relaxing. Lots of stairs so be sure you can handle 2 large sets of stairs. There is a leak in 1st floor bedroom. One of the window frames leaking onto window, blinds and sill. Gutters needed on patio side and just general repair of them. Can see where it's running across patio ceiling to said window. I alerted management so hopefully owner will fix this before it's a major issue. Having said this.....it did not impact our stay whatsoever and wouldn't stop us from returning or recommending this beautiful home. Management was very easy to communicate with, quick response time and very good check in/out instructions.

We had a wonderful time—a lovely house in a good location. The only negative is the queen mattress in the kid's room needs to be replaced. It was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Perfect property for our Beach friends! Very nice hot tub, we had to call property management regarding the fireplace, they were very friendly and responsive (turned out to be “operator error”)! We loved the location, easy access to beach (stairs), restaurants, shopping and whale watching!

A Happy Thanksgiving
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—-loved each bedroom having their own bathroom, tall bathroom countertops, the open floor plan with a well stocked kitchen, dining and living room area combined, the decor, the peekaboo ocean view, hot tub and the quick walk to the beautiful beach. The place had been well loved as wear and tear was evident—- the downstairs bedroom was long overdue for a new mattress and several window blinds were without wands and difficult to maneuver. Management was very thoughtful to leave us a foil roasting pan, baster and thermometer for our turkey dinner! A great gathering spot for families!
