* For all Holiday requests, please contact our team. Many properties will accept a minimum of 7-nights but we prefer 14 nights if the dates overlap Christmas or New Year's week. A Saturday or Sunday check-in / check-out is preferred.
* The villa will be only rented on the 10 bedrooms option for this period.

The Space:
The oceanside villa features 6 king size bedrooms with full private baths including a two-story master suite with a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and two private balconies facing the pool and ocean. The remaining interior spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a formal living room, a formal dining room seating 10, and a casual outside dining area and a media room.

The 4 bedroom garden side villa features the "Jungle Room” with a king-size bed and small living room, the “Palm Room” with a king-size mahogany bed, and a 2 bedroom suite with queen size beds, a shared living room, and a cozy dining room. There is also a huge commercial catering kitchen.

Completely refurbished the bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring a modern and comfortable experience for the guests.
Garden Enhancements: Our garden is being transformed with a variety of new plants and increased lighting to create a more inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Heated Pool: The swimming pool is now heated (in high and holiday season) offering a pleasant swim regardless of the weather.

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).
Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).
Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person
* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!
The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.
* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.

Interaction with Guests:
*All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to a 10% Government Tax & Service. They include the private use of the villa as described in the
‘Conditions’ and include all utilities (electricity, water, gas).

All Events must be under the supervision of an event planner including, installation of the decor, catering, and cleaning of the villa’s grounds af-
ter the Event. The Event planner must be able to provide the company proof of registration on the French Side and proof of insurance or autho-
rization to operate on the French side if the company is registered on the Dutch side of the island or abroad.

Villa’s include the services of one (1) housekeeper for basic assistance, unless specified differently in the ‘Conditions’. Villa staff gratuities are
not included but much appreciated by the housekeeper.
