Wonderful condo in the heart of Bennington. Great restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive to Prospect Mountain, Mt Snow, Stratton, Bromley, and Magic. We went to them all.
The apartment was very roomy and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The host met us for check in and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. Thank you!
We had a really great stay at the Penthouse. It’s often hard to find a big enough space to stay with our teens, but this was perfect! We had plenty of space and the space had everything needed. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are laundry facilities, and ample space throughout.
The location is also ideal. Easy to shops and restaurants downtown and also accessible to local skiing.
Working and communicating with Duane was very easy.
It was perfect. We stayed here for our annual ski trip and this year was to Mount Snow. It was approx a 30 minute easy drive. Location was fantastic, right across from Madison Brewery Pub and Restaurant. I brought my growler with me and they filled it with their delicious ipa. Place was great for beer and great pub food menu and great nachos.
Duane met us at check in and showed us around the place and was very helpful. Place was very nice with a washer and dryer, nice kitchen large livingroom with gas fired stove. I would most certainly rent again.
Thanks Duane for a great experience.

We stayed here for 10 days as we relocated from a West Coast. The place was perfect and has a bonus back landing which I used as an office, while my husband used the master. Downtown Bennington is super charming and hosts were great.
The accommodations were excellent. Owners were very accommodating about allowing us to bring our family pet. Great time!

About the host

I've lived, and with my wife Betsy, raised my family here in Bennington since 1992. I was born and attended school in Fairfield, CT then moved north to be closer to the ski slopes I enjoyed during my youth. I'm a big supporter of the downtown revitalization efforts here which ultimately led me to purchase this building which was vacant and in need of much TLC. In my professional capacity I am a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) licensed in Vermont. After tax season ends in April, I enjoy designing and managing the rehabilitation of older buildings like this one to get them back into productive use.
