Ergonomic mattresses ensure restful sleep, while solar lighting throughout the home and yard creates a soft, magical glow from sunrise to sunset.

After a day at the beach, sway gently in the hammock or gather around the grill in the fully fenced backyard (shared with two other condos). Your private beach entrance and two designated parking spaces make coming and going easy.

The in-unit Life is Good washer and dryer brings ease to your stay, while Hi-Def Smart TVs and a three-sided gas fireplace invite cozy movie nights.

🍽️ Gather & Dine in Style
Cook together in the chef-inspired kitchen and gather around the custom 6-seater high-top table designed to spark conversation. Adults can unwind at the elegant dining table with drinks from the wet bar, featuring dual-zone wine and beverage refrigerators. For fresh, local ingredients, don't miss the Newburyport Farmers Market or Tendercrop Farm in Newbury.

🎮 Space for Everyone
Let the kids enjoy video games in the bedroom while the adults sink into the ten-person custom-designed couch—perfect for connection and conversation.

Open any of the 30 Anderson windows to invite in the salt air, sea breeze, and soothing sound of the waves—your lullaby for the night. Sweet Serendipity dreams await.

Guests have access to the entire first floor unit, including:

Charcoal grill (please refill propane if using gas)

Serendipity has been our beloved family home for 30 years. Nestled in a friendly, family-oriented neighborhood, we are thrilled to share this magical space with guests from around the world.

We're minutes from iconic destinations like Salisbury Beach Center, Hampton Beach, Newburyport, and Portsmouth, NH—each offering their own coastal charm, dining, and adventure.

Sunrises here are truly breathtaking—beach coffee at dawn is a sacred ritual.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire first floor unit, including:

Outdoor dining area with furniture

Charcoal grills

Spacious decks

Private beach entrance

Shared backyard (shared with two other condos on site)

You’ll also have access to 2 off-street, private parking spaces clearly marked for Unit #1. Please park only in your designated spots to ensure ease and comfort for all guests and neighbors.

On-street parking is available along Route 1A

A municipal lot is located nearby at the corner of Route 286 and 1A ($5/day)

🚫 Winter Parking Ban (December 1 – April 1):

No on-street parking from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM

No on-street parking at any time during snowstorms or snow removal operations

Please be respectful of neighboring properties and never park in spots not assigned to Serendipity Beach Retreat. Improper parking may result in towing at the guest’s expense.

Public transportation from Boston brings you into Newburyport, just 15 minutes away from Serendipity Beach Retreat. From there, it’s a short ride via car, Uber, or Lyft to reach the beach.

🔑 Convenient Check-In & Parking
Each unit at Serendipity Beach Retreat, including Namaste (Unit 1) on the first floor, features a Yale smart lock with a personalized code for easy, keyless entry. This means you can arrive and depart at your convenience—no need to worry about losing keys!

🚗 Parking:
It’s important to only park in designated spaces marked for Unit 1. Please look for the signs indicating "Parking Unit 1" to ensure the comfort of all guests. Proper parking helps maintain a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone.
