Newly renovated Penthouse Apartment along Lawson Street with ocean views

So close to everything you want on holidays - this newly renovated, spacious 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment is across the road from Main Beach and only minutes away from the CBD.

Inside this stylish apartment, you will find a spacious open plan living and dining area opening out onto a large, north facing balcony with ocean views. The balcony has an outdoor table and BBQ, a perfect spot to enjoy anytime of the day.  There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, the main with an ensuite and king size bed.
The entire apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Linen is supplied as well as complimentary WIFI.

Unfortunately this penthouse is not suitable for young children.

This property is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please don’t hesitate to contact our office .
You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics).

Great small family getaway
Well appointed, located and stocked for all our needs. The stairs may prove an issue for some but we were happy to use the beautiful deck and enjoy the sea breeze and people watching.

Awesome apartment
Our stay was fantastic! Great location, awesome space, undercover parking, 2 bathrooms, good beds, pillows, space was comfy and well set up. A few minor details that need fixing- broken chair and 2 x bedside lamps, wifi wasn’t working need to add data or up the speed as it was in usable. Couldn’t get Netflix or Stan or use computers at all. Only left 1 roll of toilet per bathroom for the week and only 1 rubbish bag left as well. None of that was a problem really as we made it work. We will definitely be back! Thanks!
