Located in the gated community Villas del Mar, located in a quiet area of Jaco, 3 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to down town, so you are going to be close to everything but away of the hustle and bustle. Easy acces by every mean, with a bus stataion just a few meters away. We offer internet high speed, private space for work, streaming service: Disney plus, HBO Max, Spotify premium and some smart home features.
Villas del Mar is a small community with just 12 condos, so you are going to enjoy a quiet and very private vacations.
The house meets a broad numbers of needs, since space for small pets to smocking areas. Well equiped to enjoy a perfect stay in Jaco.
The house have beautiful finish in wood, so you will feel like in home. In the small patio you can do a BBQ. The bedroons are in the second floor that you acces by a beatiful stair.

Because I love the beach, the property is beautiful and with the best location in Jaco. Jaco have everything and is near to a lot of touristic places

I think the most unique is that is that the condo just have 12 properties and only 5 used as permament house, So you will have a very private and quiet stay
