Wrap around balcony with Atlantic Ocean on one side and the inter-coastal on the other side offers the best Daytona has to offer. Building has outdoor pool and hot tub along with a game room along with an exercise room. Condo is just minutes from downtown Daytona with the Daytona International speedway just minutes away. For those looking for their Disney fix, Orlando is just over an hour away. Space coast is a quick trip south and if you are lucky enough, can spot a launch right from the balcony.

Amazing!

Our family stayed here for 6 weeks and we couldn't say enough wonderful words to describe the experience! George has been helpful every step of the way, and any time we had questions he was available with answers))) Absolutely beautiful condo in a perfect setting! Fully stocked with everything from bedding to kitchen appliances. Recommend it to everyone! We have been renting for years but this is the first time I actually took time to write a review! Thank you, George!

Stayed at this location for 2 months and want to share the positive experience...and there so many number one reasons why we were so happy with this condo. Numder one: the owners were wonderful ..so accommodating and always went out of their way to make sure we were "happy campers". Number One again:..the condo is very well equipped..from great bedding to every kitchen utensil you might need.Number One again: we so much enjoyed the beautiful views..the ocean and the intercoastal waters. Number One again:Hope to see you in 2018...says it all..

Spring of 2016 Vacation

Just finished my 30 day stay at this property. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. The owners are great and the booking was simple. As for the condo, the interior is beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. The beds in all three bedrooms are super comfortable. The view of the ocean and intercoastal waterway from the unit is breathtaking. The complex is not a resort. This in itself is worth the trip if you are looking for peace and quiet. To quote the Terminator, "I'll be Back"!

Beautiful Condo

Spent time in this beautiful condo last November. Rooms were large and views breathtaking. Convenient to restaurants (Aunt Catfish is a great place). Husband loved fishing on pier. Spent a day in St. Augustine only one hours driver. Pictures do not do it justice.

We have been coming down to Florida and going to Vermont for years. When we decided we would make our vacation destination a second home, Vermont was a little to cool for my wife, so Florida was meant to be.

Why they chose this property

Salida Del Sol is really one of the best condos we saw during our property search. It has 4 units per floor, offering a level of privacy not seen in most other condos. The condo also offers really nice amenities that include a hot tub, pool, plenty of lounge chairs, game room and gym. The building is about 8 years old, so everything is practically brand new. Add to this, the 1,850 square feet and incredible views, we did not want to leave.

What makes this property unique

Floor to ceiling windows that offer incredible views of both inter-coastal and Atlantic Ocean. There never seems to be a dull moment on the water. You feel like being one with nature while watching the dolphins and occasional manatee. This unit was purchased with high end appliances and professionally decorated, so it really feels like a home away from home.
