My cottage provides a warm roomy welcoming for my guest with assess to full kitchen , large spa bathroom and serene back yard haven to have morning coffee or evening barbeque in. My cottage is welcoming to travellers meant to envelope visitors in coziness. Located 3 miles from Cape May - Lewes ferry , the bay , ocean and historic town of Lewes. It’s one minute east of route one , close Tanger outlets & public bus system to use to diminish the frustration of parking spot hunting. The space Entire cottage Guest access All Other things to note Plenty of excellent restaurants close by. Water taxi in Lewes canal close by. State park and fishing Not that you’ll need it ..... but major hospital 5 minutes from the cottage

Anniversary weekend

We loved our time at the cottage this weekend. It is well stocked, beautifully decorated with personal as well as stylish touches, and super comfortable for hanging out in between activities. We hope to visit again soon.

Golf & Beach Getaway

This Cozy Cottage fit our needs perfectly! We love breakfast on the patio, an outdoor shower after the beach and kicking back in a comfy living room after a wonderful dinner out at a local restaurant. This unique, whimsical cottage offered delight in every room with a decor that is fun, thoughtful and artistic. The location was perfect for heading off to local golf courses, beaches, shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying there again.

Adorable cottage

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Patti’s. Check in super easy, place is way better in person. Has everything you need. Location is central to everything. We had hurricane while there and it was even great on a rain day. Patti gave immediate response for those “first day questions”. Bed comfy, soaking tub nice too. Cape Henlopen beaches a short drive- highly recommend. Plan on staying when in Lewes. Also, if you do like to cook a few of your meals, kitchen is well stocked. Grocery stores close by. Best place ever

I have stayed in almost 20 VRBO rentals. This one was by far the best. It had all the comforts of home! The thing that puts Cozy Cottage on top was the cleanliness. It was spotless.

Perfect Stay

Cozy Cottage was wonderful. Location great, close to downtown, beach, & bike trails. The cottage was very comfortable and welcoming. The back yard space was very nice to relax in the morning. The host was very thoughtful and the personal touches made it that much more enjoyable. We hope to come back.

Plenty of R&R

This is our second stay at the Oozy Cottage. Every visit gets better. This home is amazingly clean and has everything that you might need to cook and feel at home. Beach weekend

Perfect in Every Way

Bringing Mom to the Beach

I live in the area with roommates and wanted some where special for my mom and I to stay for the weekend. She lives in TX and doesn’t get to spend much time on the East Coast and I wanted her to really get the feel of beautiful Lewes and beach life here. She had a wonderful time and wasn’t ready to leave. Patti made everything so perfect and welcoming. Thank you so much again and we will definitely recommend staying here to any of our friends visiting from out of state.

Inviting space

The Cozy Cottage is a colorful and creative option with a nice, large living room and a patio on two sides that offers both sun and shade. We had some stormy weather so we really appreciated having somewhere that had a comfortable, home-away-from-home feeling. The decor runs from the traditional (black & white tile floors, large framed mirrors) to the whimsical (an aquarium vibe in the sizable bathroom). Patti has added many a decorative flourish, with art from Montauk to Chincoteague. It's conveniently located near the historic heart of Lewes, Cape Henlopen St. Park, the Coastal Highway and Rehoboth. We had a very pleasant stay!

Wonderful Stay at the Cozy, Cottage on Clay
