Beautifully renovated spacious home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Home features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full living rooms, large kitchen, fenced yard, a large deck, and stainless steel grill that is perfect for cooking out. Home has HIGH speed wireless internet service 600bpm and Cable TV. Home is located in a community with a neighborhood pool. As you enter the subdivision, you are welcomed by a large stocked fishing pond. For BEST response to questions or concerns about the property, please E-mail the owner. Home is 12 minutes to Lakepoint Sports facility.
The property adjoins an 1800s family cemetery. Its hardly visible from the house or yard unless you are looking for it. If you are a history buff and want to research the "Smith" family, you can find limited information on Google. If you fearful of cemeteries, this is not the house for you.

My wife and I were born and raised in Michigan. Georgia has been our home together for nearly 16 years. We love spending time with our children and especially like to travel with them and show them the world. We love staying in VRBO homes when we travel. We decided to purchase this home in our local community to allow others to enjoy the type of accommodations we enjoy when we travel.
