**The Chiquita Boat Lock will be closed for removal starting April 1st, 2025 with the work expected to take approximately three months. During this period, boating access from this property will not be available. However, we can assist in arranging boat rentals from alternative locations if needed.**

The third bedroom opens to garden views and has its on walkway to the dock. It features a queen-size bed, TV, chest of drawers, safe, and a closet.

The spacious pool area is screened in and offers fabulous views to the Alcazar Canal. The refreshing turquoise waters of the pool can be heated electrically. The villa has 4 sun chaises with pads for those lazy days in the sun, also 2 comfortable outdoor chairs with footrest. Refresh with the outdoor shower or stroll down to the dock and watch the fish jumping.
The patio area provides an expandable awning for cooling shade. Grill your fresh catch and have dinner on the large dining table with comfortable chairs for 6. Have a sun downer while celebrating the breathtaking sunsets and savor the Florida lifestyle.
A paved way off the pool area leads you down to the concrete boat dock.
