Family-friendly single-family house with 4 bedrooms and a private jetty

The quiet and family-friendly family house is located on the southern shore of Lake Ossiach. On 2 floors there are 4 bedrooms with space for 6 people, a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, a large living room with dining table and a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony that invites you to relax. You can explore the lake with our own rowing boat, there is also the option of using our surfboard. In the nearer and further surroundings there are numerous excursion destinations - Landskron ruins with birds of prey and Affenberg, Ossiach Abbey (Carinthian summer), Gerlitzen Alpe, Minimundus, Nockberge National Park, Obir stalactite caves, Hochosterwitz Castle, Großglockner, Raggaschlucht, Finkenstein castle ruins, Villach, Klagenfurt, Slovenia, Italy. In winter you can reach several ski areas within an hour's drive. The Kärntnertherme in Villach and the Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim invite you to relax.

Traumurlaub

1 Woche traumhaftes Wetter, tolles Haus am See mit allem was man braucht, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral angebunden, eingebettet in die Bergwelt von Kärnten und weniger als eine Stunde bis Italien. Einfach top!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit großem langen Garten und eigenem Steg. Sehr sauber, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und auch Check in und Check out haben super funktioniert!! Das Haus ist im übrigen sehr sauber gehalten und liegt wunderschön

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir können dieses Haus wirklich nur empfehlen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es gibt alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht und der Blick über See und Berge vom Balkon aus ist unbezahlbar. Der eigene Badesteg ist herrlich und lädt zum Schwimmen und SUP fahren ein.

Tolle Unterkunft tolle Lage

Natur pur

Wunderschönes Grundstück direkt am See. Netter Empfang und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Auch unsere Hunde fühlten sich sehr wohl. Man muss aber beachten, dass das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist. Jeden Tag haben wir den See nutzen können. Man kann vom Steg direkt losschwimmen oder paddeln. Was will man mehr? Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche

Tolles Haus direkt am See

Das Haus befindet sich am Ende des Sees in ruhiger Lage. Es verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist alles dort was man benötigt. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter und Hausmeister. Auch in diesem Jahr war es wieder ein toller Urlaub.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt zu vier Personen verbracht. Dabei hatten wir zudem drei Hunde. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass diese wirklich herzlich Willkommen waren. In dem Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es wirklich weiter empfehlen. Die Absprachen liefen reibungslos und wir hatten sehr herzliche Ansprechpartner.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus

Das Haus war sehr sauber und wirklich toll ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns der eigene Seezugang und der große Garten gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen auch sehr gut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Super, erholsamer Urlaub!

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus direkt am Ossiacher See mit grosser Wiese und direktem Seezugang. Wir haben die 2 Wochen mit unserer Familie in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder! Vielen Dank auch an Herrn Gärtner für die nette Kommunikation im Vorfeld!

Super Haus direkt am See

Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig am Ende des Sees. Selten findet man ein so schönes, perfekt ausgestattetes Haus. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Wir haben uns gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es hat alles super gepasst. Das Haus und der Garten sehen genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbar sind auch sehr nett. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder.

Bei Sonne und Regen eine Reise Wert!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gastgeber und Team vor Ort waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Freizeitangebote sind riesig und für jede Wetterlage ist gesorgt. Das Haus ist schön und hat eine super Lage. Ein bisschen Schade, dass der Garten nicht komplett eingezäunt ist, aber sonst alles prima. Wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank auch für den C-Test vor Rückreise!
