About this property

Holidays in the winery and farmhouse

Our winery and farmhouse is surrounded by fields and vineyards. The picturesque vineyards along the Neckar loop and rock gardens are ideal for walking or cycling. Despite the peaceful and idyllic location the apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, after Besigheim, Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart, or amusement park Tripsdrill. Enjoy wine tasting in the Felsengartenkellerei, visiting one of our wine festivals and wine grape harvest in autumn are a special experience.

Inspired by our vineyards, we have laid emphasis on the typical materials of stone and wood in the design of our apartment. Combined with modern elements a cozy apartment is thereby caused to relax and unwind. It was completed in 2011.


Farm visits and using z. B. in the grape harvest are available upon request. Wine tasting and winery tours can be arranged.

Gezellig appartement; wel jammer dat je aan één kant weinig uitzicht hebt.
Compleet appt.; alles was netjes en schoon; is in het buitengebied van Hessigheim, waar je met de auto in 'n paar minuten bent. In de hele omgeving zijn veel wijngebieden die je ook wandelend kunt doorkruisen. 's Avonds is 't er erg rustig. Van hieruit kun je diverse dagtrips maken.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
Sehr schöne Gegend, lädt ein zum Wandern und spazieren gehen, sehr ruhig einfach Mal runter kommen und abschalten. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts sehr Sauber und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder nur zu empfehlen.vielen Dank.

Sehrruhige und schöne Wohnung
Diese Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für Hundebesitzer mit ängstlichen Hunden an Silvester. In der Wohnung hört man absolut nichts von den Böllern. Die Umgebung direkt an den Felsengärten einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick in der Silvesternacht auf alle umliegenden Ortschaften mit dem Feuerwerk.

Einfach perfekt
Die Wohnung ist toll, neu und hochwertig eingerichtet - es gibt sogar einen Kaminofen. Die Couch im Schlafzimmer kommt auf den Fotos gar nicht raus - wertet die Wohnung aber zusätzlich auf, da man hier auch sehr bequem fernsehen kann. Die Lage direkt bei den Felsengärten und in den Weinbergen ist auch super - vor allem, wenn man mit dem Hund unterwegs ist. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Umsicht und Fürsorge, mit der die Wohnung ausgestattet wird, bis hin zum Fläschle Württemberger Wein zur Begrüßung. Es fühlt sich an, als ob man zu Besuch nach Hause kommt - man muss sich eigentlich um nichts kümmern. Die Betten sind hübsch bezogen, gute Handtücher, auch für die Küche (ebenso Spültuch, Schwamm etc.) - und sogar zwei Hundehandtücher! Auch Toilettenpapier war reichlich vorhanden, ebenso flüssige Seife im Bad, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs etc.. Selbst Holz und Anzündmaterial für den Kaminofen war vorhanden. Die große, ebenerdige Dusche ist sehr komfortabel (auch praktisch für die Reinigung von Hundefüßen). Küchengeräte, Geschirr und Besteck - alles was man braucht ist reichlich, sauber und von guter Qualität vorhanden. Selbst Kaffee gab es - auch weil man darauf achtet nichts unnötig weg zu werfen (siehe Hinweise im Wohnungsordner). Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder.

Tolles Wochenende
Meine Mutter und ich sind übers Wochenende nach Hessigheim gefahren und haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war gemütlich, sehr sauber und für eine Kellerwohnung angenehm warm. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und im Anschluss direkt an die Weinberge, war es mit Hund ein optimaler Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder, und beim nächsten Mal dann auch länger!
