This amazing pool home is all you need in Tampa to relax. The pool is heated only between October- April. The 1/2 acre property is located on the Rocky Creek Canal and has fishing available right across the street. This is a four roomy bedroom with 2 full bathroom w/ 2,000 sq ft of living space. There are TVs in every room and a 70" big screen in the family room. There are 3 queen-size beds and 1 full-size bed. There are also 2 sleeper sofas. There is seating for six at the dining room table. There is also a deck in the back w/ a table and chair set in the shade, as well as a hammock to enjoy the outside .beauty. The place is just amazing. Same owner as the TreeHouse. Please note that the garage is not accessible to tenants. The property owner uses it as storage.

The best pool ever. Large and heated!

The house was good and the pool amazing. Very large pool and also heated. 11 grandchildren used it at different times during our month stay. Almost no problems for a full month.

Great accommodation for spending time with family...the host was extremely helpful and quick to respond...so happy to have a heated pool as we found most places did not have heated pools. Definatly will return in the future if in the area.

No hand towels and only one cereal bowl. We bought 2 hand towels and 4 cereal bowls and left them. Couldn't get the same channels on bedroom TV's that we could get on main TV.

Family stay in July 2021

We so enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. The pool was such a nice feature. The owner was a dream to communicate with. Very responsive. We had a slight issue with the TV and it was resolved very quickly. We were just over an hour to Ana Maria Island, and we were under an hour to Clearwater. The back deck is gated so we weren’t stressed with our toddler granddaughter being outside. I would definitely rent again if staying in the Tampa area.

My husband and I rented this beautiful pool house accompanied by our son and 5 grandchildren.

The property was clean, spacious and the location was perfect. The swimming pool was beautiful and many hours were spent playing pool(billiards). Javier was very quick in responding to my questions.
