The Starfish Chateau is a new four-bedroom / 4.5-bath luxury home occupying one of the most tranquil beach streets in the area. Only 400 meters from our world-famous beach, where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the golf cart to the beach, shopping, or restaurants located just a block away. The large heated pool is warmed from Nov - March and is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic tables.

Starfish Chateau is near Destin, Florida’s main attractions, including nightlife, golfing, fishing, shopping, and more.

The luxurious appointments flowing through the home will renew your senses. Enjoy the open concept living area, 3 King Beds, wood plank tile flooring, crown molding, 8' interior doors, Quartz countertops, custom cabinets, large tiled showers, a brick paver driveway, designer furniture, two covered balconies, and a back patio with a privacy fence.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

Spa quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more items if needed.

Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest!

Level 1: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Twin bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) | Laundry Room, Garage, Large Rear Patio With Propane Grill.
Level 2: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living Room with sofa sleeper (sleeps 2), ½ bath and kitchen.
Level 3: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Two sets of twin bunks with bathroom (sleeps 4).

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.
4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience.
The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)

$300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. 1-2 pets max. 50 lbs max. No aggressive breeds. Be sure to notify us if bringing a pet before you travel!

Reminder- The pool is heated from Nov - March.

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed.
Our concierge can help you arrange golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips, and other services before your visit or during your stay.

Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Please note there is a ring doorbell camera in front of the entrance.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
