On the first floor you will find two huge king bedrooms, with their own private balconies allowing comfortable sleeping for 4 guests. One bedroom has an ensuite and the other bedroom has the main bathroom adjacent. This floor also boasts a large open plan dining, living and gourmet kitchen with a balcony and BBQ. It also has a full laundry with Miele appliances.

The top level, you will find a perfect family room with a king bedroom (or can be split into 2 king singles) plus a brand- new quality sofa bed. There is also a full bathroom and a massive roof top entertaining terrace and courtyard with great views over Pittwater.

Iluka Palm Cove Penthouse has internal access to a large double lock up garage. Cafes, hairdresser and beautician and deli and bottle shop all at your doorstep. Take a stroll to beautiful Snappermans beach and relax in calm protected waters perfect for the children or head around the corner to the surf beach for a bit more action. With plenty of restaurants and activities in the area you won't be short of things to do.
