You can also enjoy outdoors on the front balcony, which includes a gas BBQ grill. The new fully stocked kitchen features quartz countertops, wine fridge, custom cabinets, new appliances, and lots of counter space. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom features 2 queen-size beds. All rooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans. Additional features include free high-speed Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer. Includes 1 parking space in under building garage. Del Mar Shores Terrace offers gated security, an oceanfront pool and spa, clubhouse, and quick access to the beach! No Smoking on the property.
Pets allowed with prior approval only, with a minimum 1 month stay per HOA. Additional fees will apply.

Nice location but not our favorite
The location was wonderful. The unit was clean but definitely had some areas of previous wear. We found it have sugar ants a couple days in. Toilet paper and detergent for laundry were poorly stocked. Just little details we would have appreciated.

The condo is located just steps away from the beach and walkable to restaurants and stores nearby. The property is beautifully landscaped and includes a pool, spa and recreation room. The condo is thoughtfully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living room. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Patricia and her management team were exceptional and very responsive to any and all our needs. Looking forward to our next trip back to Solana Beach!

Great location but missing some things
We stayed here for a month recently. This top floor apartment is well appointed but needs some TLC. I hate to complain because we did enjoy our stay, but we were a bit frustrated that it was so hard to keep the place clean because of the worn out sisal rugs that shed constantly. Also there was no hair dryer and the place lacks the usual welcome packet that has info on how to work the electronics, where to buy groceries, local restaurant recs, etc. If the owners and property managers make few small updates it would be spectacular.

Great location but could be cleaned better
We stayed in this place for 48 days. The location was great and the space was accommodating. A few things worth noting: Although the units in the complex come with 2 parking spots, you will only be given one spot and only one remote to the garage. Not a big deal if you only have one car, but quite a pain if you have 2 or more as the street parking is a problem. Additionally, the management company office is close by, which is convenient. But, BEWARE, the management company will charge you for insurance for anything that gets damaged, on top of the normal deposit. When we checked in we were told that the insurance is "great" and will cover any damage. Our last week staying at the property one of the small pictures fell from the wall because it was mounted on a flimsy nail. Not a big deal as it was a cheap picture and just the glass frame cracked. I told the management company upon checkout and they said no problem, the insurance covers that. Then a week later I was told they are taking it to a frame shop for repair ($180) and that I won't receive this portion of my deposit back until they are reimbursed by the insurance. That wasn't written anywhere in the contract nor was it agreed upon or explained in advance.

One suggestion, perhaps a small vacuum cleaner would be a good idea for light house cleaning.

First renters...
I was lucky enough to be the first person to stay in this newly remodeled condo. It is just a short walk to the beach and has beautiful views. I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had everything you could think of, which came in handy during the two week stay. I was caught off guard that there was no central air, which in the height of the summer was a bit warm during the day. Otherwise, we quite enjoyed our stay.

It was fully stocked and had just about everything you could think of, especially in the kitchen. There is no central air, which was a bit oppressive during the height of the day. The pet policy and HOA rules outlined were not followed by all pet owners on the property. The management team was responsive and friendly. Overall, this was a pleasant location and we enjoyed our stay.
