Welcome to our family's second home away from home! We've renovated this incredible 2 bedroom 3 bath with Loft to be a warm, cozy and inviting retreat with all of the comforts of home. From the fully equipped kitchen to the washer and dryer in the unit, we've paid attention to detail to create a cabin atmosphere you will enjoy and want to come back year after year. Large LED TVs in all rooms with cable and Free Showtime (channels 209-222) in family and master rooms, DVD players, free high speed private Wi-Fi, ceiling fans/lights, wood burning fireplace with ample free firewood to enjoy glowing fires and large enough to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests (king sleeper sofa in living room). The master bedroom has a Cal King Bed with luxurious linens and comforter, a large closet with full size mirror doors and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has Queen bed and large closet and mirror doors. The loft includes 4 single beds and a full bath and LED TV. All bedrooms have large LED TV's and DVD players. This home away from home has a mountain lodge décor that is modern yet cozy and comfortable as you can see by looking at the pictures.
The unit is centrally located within the Horizons 4 Condominiums directly across from the BBQ and picnic area. Parking is provided immediately in front of the unit and is just a few steps away from your door for ease in carrying luggage and gear into the condo.

The Rental cost is based upon 4 guests staying. There is an extra guest charge of $10/nt/guest above 4 guests. The on site recreation facilities are a minutes walk away for year round use of the Jacuzzi spa and dry-sauna, a seasonal heated swimming pool (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) and a tennis court and recreation room with a Ping-Pong and pool table along with arcade games and cozy fireplace await you.
You will see our unit 168 is lovingly cared for and updated as we also use this unit for our family and friends. The unit is non smoking and for allergy purposes does not allow pets. The deck is filled with firewood for your enjoyable use of the fireplace and offers a direct view of the BBQ and picnic area which has several tables and charcoal BBQ's so you can keep an eye on the little ones playing or your steaks cooking. There is a storage closet in the unit entrance for you to place you skis and snow gear. There is ample room to lock up your bicycles on the entrance patio directly below the unit. This unit is located on the second floor level so it is substantially more quiet than the first level units.
The Town of Mammoth Lakes provides a Free shuttle system with a pickup stop just steps away from the door of the unit and only a short walk to Vons grocery store, movie theaters and various fantastic restaurants and shops, and the new (2024) indoor ice skating sports arena.

Our family also owns the unit directly next door and is a twin of this unit as well as a 2br2ba unit directly below. Because of the units location and quality we have several ski/summer clubs and wedding parties booking them.
