Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
A $199 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
Please review all charges if you book on VRBO or other channels as Your Friend at the Beach cannot refund charges made by not booking directly.

Very clean, stunning view, excellent location, and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked w everything needed for cooking meals in. We loved it!

Great location on quiet premises

Great location on quiet premises. And walking distance from restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had on our unit was the sliding door needed repair and ended up accessing the balcony thru the master bedroom door. And the guest room air flow (vents) was poor.

Great Family trip

Our family stayed in units 202,203 and 204 for the week. We had a wonderful trip and the condos all were very clean and well kept with plenty of accommodation's. We are already planning our next trip.

Santa Rosa Vacation

Everything was great! The unit is in a great location and had plenty of room for our family. The beach service was wonderful, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the balcony on the unit is spacious. We had a wonderful vacation!

Great location, great setup, best maintenance mgr ever!

We stayed at San Remo with a large group for a family reunion. We had multiple units and they were all in great shape and well maintained. It was great to be so close to the beach and to have the pool area to gather as a large group in the evenings. We also loved being able to walk to gulf place for dinner. And Arnell, the maintenance manager on property is the friendliest, most helpful person ever! She was amazing!

Perfect beach vacation!

We absolutely loved San Remo. The view from the balcony was excellent and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. Furniture was comfy and more than enough towels and amenities. We loved the big table on the patio for meals and playing games. Our family of four had more than enough room. The pool was heated and clean and well maintained and the property was very nice. The condo is within walking and biking distance of many restaurants, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly. We will definitely be back to San remo!

Wonderful getaway!

My daughter and I traveled to the area for her Spring Break. The condo was exactly as advertised! More than enough room for the 2 of us, and it was in a quiet area on the beach. Close to stores and restaurants, and wasn’t too far from Destin proper. Construction was going on while we were there, but it didn’t bother us at all as they didn’t seem to start extremely early. Didn’t hear any neighbors unless they were out in their deck next to us, which is understandable. Overall, it was a wonderful trip for us!

Our only issue so to speak was the beds, I would suggest toppers or even a more memory foam style because the springs get worn down easily. Our family had a blast though and beach chair service is a great touch! It made our stay so much more pleasant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to San Remo on six different occasions. Every single time the property has been spotless and well-maintained. This condo is one of the smaller ones, but it was perfect for our family! It is near the stairs and elevator which made it easy for us to get to and from the pool and beach. The mattress in the master was extremely comfortable and the bunks were perfect for our kids. We would highly recommend this condo because of its cleanliness, location, comfort level, and decor. Not to mention renting through Your Friend at the Beach is a HUGE plus!!! They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
