Just a short ride on the four included bikes and you're laying on the white sandy shores!! After a long day of fun and sun at the beach come jump in this home's private pool! The large pool is a perfect place to get some rest and relaxation!

Endless summer boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms! The master bedroom does not disappoint! Lay in your king-sized Bed after a long day in the sun and watch the big game on your 40" tv! Drift away in the queen-sized guest bed while planning the rest of your week! 30A will provide you with an endless number of activities. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the 40" tv. Send the kids to their bunk room that accommodates four people! The kids will love having their own bedroom.

The comfortable couches in the living room will be the perfect place to watch tv on the 53" flat screen! Have extra people? Pull out the spacious queen sized sofa bed! The fully equipped kitchen will provide you with everything you need to make your families favorite meal.

This home has a pool alarm required by Florida law which cannot be disabled.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the alarm.

*Pool heating available for this property from October 1st through May 1st
*Fee $50 per day and required for length of stay

Good, but not great

The location was fantastic (close to beach and activities) neighborhood was awesome, and communication with the host was good. The house really does need a deep cleaning, though. Especially, the bathrooms. With a deep cleaning and some updates (rusted closet track door in primary, for exp) this could be a stellar property. Overall, we had a good time.

Fun in the Sun

All over a good stay only wish I knew where to get to beach with seniors and handicap access. Front door could be opened by 2 yr old couldn't lock it from inside so had to barakate,and last day Tues they cleared the lot right next to pool loud and dusty. But home was nice plenty of the things you need. But everything was just great for our family visit

Family vacation

This was a nice property. The grill really needs to be replaced. It would also be nice to have more pans for cooking, skillets especially. We really enjoyed the stay, nice neighborhood. Didn’t really have communication with property manager, so didn’t rate this!

Very nice and quiet location

Stay was excellent! Was pleasantly surprised with the inside of the house. Modern and has a coastal feel with the colors. Was awesome to see we had 4 bikes to borrow to ride. Only feedback would be to stock with more toilet paper, include pool heating charge in overall price instead of separating (wasn’t that hot), and maybe have more beach accessories. This all did not impact my rating as we had a great time and property was fabulous!

Cute house with a pool

Great place for a family to stay. The neighborhood was cute. We loved having the bikes available with the property to ride to Seaside and the beach. We really liked that the street was right across from beach access. We did have an issue with the pool heater not working on arrival. Management had a repair person out a couple days later to fix it. The pool was nice but felt that it and patio could have been a bit more clean on arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great House

The house was perfect for us. So clean and the living space was nice and large and open. The bedrooms were very small, but we only slept in there so no big deal. Loved the screened in pool! We paid extra for heating and noticed the 2nd day it didn’t feel very warm and they had someone come out quickly and fix that. It wasn’t a bad walk at all to the beach, but if you have younger kids, may want to consider a golf cart or other transportation. We also used Beach Butlers while there to have our groceries in the house upon arrival and while a little costly, we would do that again. Only advice would be to take your own knives if you plan on doing a lot of cooking (they have a set, but not that great). But really no complaints. 30A Vaycay was great to rent from and will def plan to rent from them again!

Just meh…

We really wanted to love this rental house because we always love staying in this neighborhood but it is in desperate need of a deep clean. The floors had hair all over them when we arrived, spider webs all over the ceilings & under tables & beds. The walls/doors/baseboards could use a good cleaning/paint. The stove top was cracked. The couches are stained. The pool was pretty grimy looking & the pool light doesn’t work for night swimming. When we asked how to turn on the heat for the spa we were told it is an unheated spa…didn’t see that in the listing upon booking the house. On Sunday I sent an email to the rental company asking some questions about the pool & had no response so we called them on Monday & at that time we also informed them of the cleaning issues. They offered to have the house cleaned for us but at that point I had already bought cleaner & cleaned the necessary areas myself. Overall, the location, bikes & having a private pool were nice & the house could be really great with a little work.

Idyllic vacation home

We loved the property and it was very comfortable for everyone in my family, from two college students to grandfather who is 90. The heated pool was wonderful, and the rooms were clean and bright. We loved the neighborhood, just a short ride to the beach. Highly recommended!

Good, not great

Just me just start off by saying that we had a great week. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It is a 12 minute walk to the public beach access. We went for Spring Break 2022 and it was busy but not crazy busy like I anticipated. We did use the included bikes one day and took them throughout Seagrove and neighboring Watercolor. I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. I enjoyed staying at this property with a few exceptions. at the mínimums. 1 trash bag 1 paper towel no spray to clean countertops, cleaning pods, etc. All would have been fine had I known. Also I bought heated pool option . Water was not as warm as I expected but the kids were able to use it every day (last week of March). There were several water spots on the ceiling, a few mold spots on the pool deck, and a few other more cosmetic things that didn’t appeal to my taste. The bedrooms are cramped as previously mentioned in the reviews so I knew that going in. Unfortunately, I cannot say that we would stay here again. But for the price, location, and booking last minute, we had a great trip and made the most of our time together, which in the end is the goal.

Perfect Home

My husband and I prefer to stay in a home with a pool on vacations and this house did not disappoint. Check in was super easy, the house was in the back of a nice, quiet neighborhood and was exactly as listed. Like many other reviews noted, the bedrooms are on the smaller side but the living room and kitchen made up for it. We have plenty of room to enjoy meals. The pool was even better than listed. It was shaded and quiet. We’re already taking about when we can come back.

Beautiful beach oasis

The home was perfect for our week stay! About .5 mile walk to beach access and we had a spot right at the water every day. We preferred that access spot versus the other more public areas. The house was a great open layout and fully equipped with all you’d need to enjoy the pool and cook meals at home. We had 3 young kids and it was perfect walk to the beach, totally doable. But they also had adult sized bikes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property quick golf cart drive from the beach

Nice property, as listed and described. It is a little further from the beach but we found it pretty quick to the beach. The detached garage was perfect for keeping beach items and store the golf cart rental for the week.

Great Getaway

The property provided the perfect getaway for Zoom/Remote learning getaway. This clean, beautiful home was just right for our family of four to be able to work and school from the beach with afternoons in the pool. The only issue we had was the internet going out twice, but easily fixed by unplugging and plugging the router. The neighborhood was quiet. Property management provided great communication for our stay.

Nice, quiet neighborhood, only a half mile from the beach.

The neighborhood was great. Quiet. Relaxed. Great for our family! There was a 6-month road construction project on the street with no way around it, which caused a delay when going to/from the house. Albeit the owner has no control over that issue. We used the bikes almost every day - which was a huge bonus! Just a half mile from the beach - easily walkable or bikeable. The pool is small, but an added bonus. We would visit this area again, and would certainly consider this house, too. The house's A/C worked better than any rental house we've ever visited. Always cool! Never had to touch it.

Great value and location

Our first time in the Seagrove/Seaside area. Really enjoyed the location, which was a quick and enjoyable bike ride from to the Seaside commercial district, and also to the beach access point immediately outside of the neighborhood. The neighborhood was beautiful, secluded, peaceful and relaxing. The home was also with the wonderful screened in pool, bright and airy living/ dining areas, and a shaded porch in the front. Exceptional value! We really enjoyed the bikes also. Will be back.

Wonderful house in quiet neighborhood

The house was beautiful and well decorated. We felt right at home in the property. The pool was a lifesaver since it was double red beach flags our first three days. The kids spent all day in the pool and we loved the screen that kept us from getting bug bites. It was just a short distance to the beach. We would definitely recommend!

We had the best time staying in this house. Even before staying we had a great experience with the 30a vacay company. I had issues with my bank not upping my spending limit and 30a worked with me and pushed back my due date a couple days so I could sort things out with my bank. 30a is a company with great customer service (next time we need a house along 30a I'll be booking with 30a vacay directly). Now to how we liked the house. We fell in love the minute we walked in. My son especially was very upset when we had to go back to our boring pool-less house. Speaking of the pool, I noticed other reviewers who were annoyed with the pool alarm and I have to assume they didn't have children with them. We had 3 boys who were always antsy to get in and without that alarm they could have slipped out. The only time it was a bother was when an adult went outside after we said no pool to the kids and they hounded us to go. I only have two complaints. The Wi-Fi is very dodgy but it could be because every house is pinging from the same provider. As well as when we tried to grill my husband had to scrape it down like crazy and clean it. There was a lot of grime from previous uses. I just assume it's something that gets missed in the cleaning process which is understandable. The house was perfectly located. We always enjoy going to PCB, Fort Walton Beach, Destin and Freeport to visit my parents. The location is 30-40 min away from anything in all directions. I'd also suggest if staying here especially with kids to forgo the public beach across the way and drive to Grayson State Park. Spend the extra $5 so you have easy access to bathrooms. This house was icing on the cake of our vacation. Personally I loved it because the pool is where my 4yr old got over his fear of being in a pool even with floaties on.

THERE COULD BE MORE WELCOME MATERIAL - THE BACK DOOR HAS AN ALARM ON IT BECAUSE OF THE POOL - SAYS YOU CANNOT DISARM BUT DOES NOT TELL YOU HOW TO USE IT SO HAD TO CALL THE OFFICE. THE GARAGE HAS A CODE AND THE BIKES WERE IN IT. NO INFO IN HOUSE ABOUT CODE AND NONE WAS SENT FOR HOW TO OPEN GARAGE. HAD TO CALL. THE POOL WAS TO BE HEATED FOR 3 DAYS. THEY CAME OUT AT 3:30 the day we checked in - so pool was not hot the first day. got a credit but was disappointed could not use that day and then the weather turned so we never got to use the pool.
