IDEAL location - The best of both worlds. You are on the border of Carlsbad, close to all the amazing downtown restaurants and entertainment. You are also close to Oceanside Strand, Pier and Harbor, but without the noise and congestion. Right outside the unit is direct access to a great beach. There are so many places to explore by foot or bike. You don't ever have to leave your little bubble at the beach. If you wanted to take a ride down to other parts of San Diego the train station is right there. Legoland, Carlsbad Outlets, Flower Fields, Golf Resorts and Del Mar Race Track are just minutes in the car. There are always local events, surf contests, concerts, art walks and a farmers market every Thursday. This Property is just Unreal. The Pictures DO. NOT. LIE. Cheryl was always professional and followed up with any questions. Really awesome place...

I stayed at this property with older parents, wife, sister and 13 year old son. The property was really nice and the pictures in the listing accurately what you can expect to find if you stay here. The layout of the house was unusual and fun -- very spacious, with lots of cool lighting. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there were lots of other supplies around the house. The sunroom was beautiful for sitting and watching the surf. It was a bit challenging to set up sleep for an adult and teenager, but there were enough blankets, pillows, etc. that we managed to make it work pretty well. The house does not have AC but it is very comfortable with the windows and skylights open. The only disappointment we had was that the walkable beaches were all riprap and pebbles, so we needed to go closer to the pier to get to what most would consider a real beach. But getting to the pier was not difficult and there are a lot of amenities. My son and I even took a surf lesson, which was affordable and awesome. I also took the 5 minute walk to Buccaneer Café every morning for coffee, which was a really nice way to start the day. My family loved the house and location and would definitely come back.

Great location, beautifully decorated

We enjoyed our time at the condo! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our nice stay. The views were beautiful on the porch and the sounds of the ocean were so nice at night! The property manager was very quick to respond and very accommodating! The parking was secure, however we parked on the street with the van without any issues! The only bummer was the guest bedroom is a fold out couch and not a mattress. I had to sleep there with my daughter and it was not comfortable. My advise to the owner is please consider a real mattress as the fold out was incredibly uncomfortable on my back. Otherwise I would stay again.

Beautiful Unit!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in Oceanside! I was in town for a wedding a short drive away and wanted to wake up with the ocean in view. The unit fulfilled my expectations, waking up every morning to a view the the dolphins swimming up and down the coast! The area is very quiet at night and peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again if back in town!!

Such a beautiful place

Absolutely loved the layout and design of this rental. The bedrooms are at opposite ends, so you have privacy. I especially loved the enclosed porch with a beautiful ocean view at the front of the house. I kept the large windows open at night so I could hear the surf crashing. It was so relaxing. Communication with Cheryl was so effortless. I was worried about arriving late at night, but she assured me that if I had any difficulty accessing the unit to call her. I really appreciated that! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and property

Across the street from the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Clean and well maintained. We happened to arrive during a heat wave so it was super hot (no air conditioning, usually don’t need it in Oceanside). Secure parking as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful condo!

The pictures of this place completely do it justice. It’s incredibly gorgeous. It’s walkable to small beaches. My kids and I enjoyed the closest beach spot that was right across the street. You have to climb over some rocks to get to the shore, but our 6 year old did it just fine. Just our 3 year old needed help. Buccaneer Beach was less appealing to us…so crowded and not as great for kids. The Buccaneer Beach Cafe was a super cute spot we hit up every day…great coffee, food, and smoothies! I would recommend a new mattress and some new pillows in the master suite, and a good floor cleaning, but other than that it was perfect!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property and very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay!! There was only one laundry pod, not enough toilet paper to get us through the week, and there was a bar of soap in the spare bathroom but not the master bath. Enough bath towels for each guest to have 2 would be nice also so that when we r washing one set, we have another to use. Board games and cards would be nice to have at a vacation rental as well. These are just the thoughts we had about possible improvements but all in all, we absolutely loved the place! Thank you!!

Enjoyable spot for a South Oceanside Family Getaway

The unit was spacious and airy as described with a good view of the ocean and a good location. A feature of this property we really enjoyed was the layout and how the rooms with the queen beds were separate from eachother so the people sleeping in them could have their space. A downside of the space is that many of the rooms, including a bathroom, have doors with windows in them which is challenge for someone who loves privacy. Also - the twin beds on the porch are okay for kids but not as comfortable for adults.

Beautiful luxury condo

This property is a perfect blend of beachy and old world charm. It’s very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you could possibly need. We even utilized the crockpot! The views from the front porch are stunning. The check in process was very convenient and easy. I sure hope to stay here again!

This was our second year in a row to stay here, because we love the condo and the location so much.

We love how comfortable and pleasant it is to stay here. It has everything a person would need in the kitchen and all of the rooms. We love eating our meals watching the surfers, dolphins and sunsets. Plus, the beaches are within walking distance and the secured parking with the two parking spaces is definitely appreciated. I definitely recommend this from the property manager to the cleanness of the condo. We probably will try to make it next yr also. Thank you so much for the hospitality, wine and flowers.

Charming Oceanside Beach House for the Perfect Vacay Getaway!
