Fully tastefully furnished and equipped condo, living and dining rooms with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, balcony, laundry room, 1 bedroom with 2 twins bed, other with Queen bed and the main one with King bed an private bathroom, additional bathroom divided in two. Located in a gated community with beach, amazing gardens, a large swimming pool, grills, and 24 hour surveillance. *The gym is closed. There is a good restaurant steps away from the beach.

Delightful condo with beach view

Wonderful condominium. Exactly as shown on VRBO site. Terrific view of ocean. Spotlessly clean. Tania is a thoughtful and responsive host. We had everything we needed. Swimming pool and grounds are perfectly maintained. Apartment is well appointed. Location is two blocks from the ferry to Isla Mujeres. We are a family of five and the place met all of our needs. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Since I arrived to Cancun when I was 7-year old, I have always wanted to live in front of the sea. One special feature of Amara are the beautiful gardens, I don't know other beachfront condo in Cancun with this characteristic. This property has the convenience that you don't have to get into the traffic of the hotel zone, I drive 12 minutes to my office...

What makes this property unique

I have furnished it not to rent, but to live it, everything works and is very clean. Good quality mattresses and equipment. I have live in Cancún many years and I know many attractions in the area in case you need some advice, I hopefully can help you. Special discounts for long-term rental.
