About this property

Located on a beautiful private street. This home was gut renovated in 2020. The home sits approximately 1.5 miles to town and 1.5 miles to South Beach. The home features an open floor plan, a formal dining room, and lots of outdoor patio space. A three-season porch with an adjacent deck is the perfect place to relax with friends and family. There are 5 bedrooms total. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor and the remaining bedrooms are on the second floor. The neighborhood has a private beach and water access available to residents and renters. The association beach and dock is adjacent to the house, and it is just 370 yards to the neighborhood beach. A brand new private gunite pool is underway and will be complete for the 2022 season!

Perfect house for large family.

This layout of this home was perfect for our family. The open floor plan lends to a perfect gathering space. The home was impeccable and stocked with all the necessities. Just a short trip to town and to the beach.

Best vineyard house

We had a great time; mostly golfed farm neck in morning and went to Norton point every afternoon. The house is brand new and everything you’d expect- it’s perfect!!

Peaceful neighborhood, 10 min bike ride from South Beach.

We came with a large group of kids, parents and instructors for a windsurfing regatta and mini-vacation. The house had everything we needed to cook multiple meals and provided a cool, comfortable home base. After a quick phone call, the bike rental place delivered bikes to the house in the morning, and we had a great time biking around the island. Very easy to get to Edgartown and South Beach on the designated bike path (separate from the road). We also biked to Vineyard Haven, which took about an hour but was easy and pleasant. The house is on a pretty lot with a grassy lawn for kids to run around and it's a 5 minute walk to the bay, which is not as beautiful as South Beach, but nice to be close to the water and some of us swam. Communication with the property manager was very easy and pleasant! Thank you, Jarrett!

Nice weekend

We had a very pleasant and short stay and this property. Very clean, good location right off the bike path and close to the beach and Edgartown. The Property manager is great.
