Located on a beautiful private street. This home was gut renovated in 2020. The home sits approximately 1.5 miles to town and 1.5 miles to South Beach. The home features an open floor plan, a formal dining room, and lots of outdoor patio space. A three-season porch with an adjacent deck is the perfect place to relax with friends and family. There are 5 bedrooms total. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor and the remaining bedrooms are on the second floor. The neighborhood has a private beach and water access available to residents and renters. The association beach and dock is adjacent to the house, and it is just 370 yards to the neighborhood beach. A brand new private gunite pool is underway and will be complete for the 2022 season!
