About this property

The Savannah Beach & Racquet Club is a gated bay front complex located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island. The Bay is where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a wonderful beach area just steps from the condo. This area of the beach is known to be very family friendly as it is less crowded. The location is great for dolphin watching, watching large ship containers travel into savannah port. If you enjoying walking along the beach you can walk all the way to the South end of the Island, without leaving the sand. The Beach & Racquet Club is a great alternative to staying at a hotel room on the island. Enjoy more space and amenities like fully equipped kitchens, living room with cable TV, private balconies, tennis courts, and pool. All of the one-bedroom condos share use of a 14'x20' pool and 10"x10' kiddie pool. A&B building condos have coin-operate laundry on each floor. There is parking for 1 vehicle only, NO GOLF CARTS, TRAILERS, BOATS, JET SKI'S or OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED.

Beach getaway

Just as described! Owner was easy to contact and reply! Very peaceful, Dolphins up and down everyday! Beautiful sunsets! Great food nearby the crab shack and the sunrise grill to name a few.

Just Lovely

Our stay was fantastic! Just as described in the advertisement. Right on the water, we saw dolphins jumping as we sat on the balcony. Enjoyed the large container ships going into the port. The large and smaller shrimp boats go by... The beach... just down the boardwalk. The pool was very clean and comfortable. The condo itself was very clean and restful. First trip to Tybee Island

Views were great. Bed was comfortable. Condo was very outdated, but we spent most of our time on the beach, and only slept in the condo so it was okay for just the two of us.

Lovely Location

This was a great find. The view was amazing and the beach at the bay was nice and quiet. Bonus to walk to local bar and get dinner and drinks! We will definitely be back!

Restful Beachfront, Great Location

Had a great time at Tybee Island. This property is definitely on a quieter part of the island away from the crowds and congestion. Super convenient beach access, nice pool, convenient tennis and pickleball facilities onsite, and easy biking and even walking distance from a handful of shops and restaurants. The unit is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Great for families and we'd definitely stay there again.

Relaxing Retreat

This little gem was perfect for our stay. Nice access to the beach. Pool was too cold for me but sat out and sunbathed. People were very friendly. Everything was adequate for cooking a couple of meals. Very relaxing, quiet area! Would definitely recommend

It was the way it was described. It was clean and neat. Great location, 15 seconds from the beach and in between 2 pools. My kids loved it as i did. We will be back.

Room 211 needs upgrades such as shower updated outside deck was dirty really where you hang showered towels rusted overall not bad

Great view, nice place

Really nice 2nd floor balcony view overlooking the mouth of the channel at North Beach. The place has obviously been lived in -- a few little things a handyman could fix up in short order -- but it's clean and well equipped with dishes, cookware, etc. Definitely worth a return trip.
