Sit on the deck and BBQ while you watch the boats and birds. 180 degree views and wonderful sunsets faces the Conscience Point National Wildlife Refuge. Waterfront, Cedar shingled cottage on very desired street in Southampton. Two bedrooms (1 double bed, and 2 twins) bath, enclosed porch, sleeps 4 adults. Gas fireplace, wireless, flat screen TV and renovated fully equipped kitchen. 2 Sailboats/kayak/canoe provided plus seasonal outdoor shower. Two marinas are within five minute drive for boat rentals or 1/2 mile walk to Peconic Bay private beach down the street. A 10 minute drive takes you to Ocean Beaches, and a 5 minute drive takes you to the heart of Southampton, with many trendy shops and restaurants.
